【摘要】：敘利亞共和國是中東地區(qū)頗具影響力的國家之一,同時也是一個經(jīng)歷殖民時期的發(fā)展中國家。2000年7月,巴沙爾繼其父阿薩德成為敘利亞總統(tǒng),并對政治、社會、經(jīng)濟等方面進行改革。然而,這些改革并未從本質上改變敘利亞的威權主義結構。2010年,“阿拉伯之春”運動的星星之火迅速地燃燒了整個中東地區(qū)和世界各地。2011年1月,敘利亞民眾自發(fā)組織的示威活動遭到當局政府的殘暴對抗。在敘利亞嚴苛的媒體環(huán)境下,敘利亞年輕人拿起攝像機、手機、電腦等通訊工具對這一社會運動的發(fā)展過程進行記錄,并使用新媒體平臺對信息進行傳播,從而促使敘利亞新型媒體生態(tài)的形成。本文采用跨學科視角,使用卡斯特的“網(wǎng)絡社會”以及趙鼎新的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與社會運動的理論,通過對文獻的綜述來進一步闡述以敘利亞革命中新媒體與社會運動、技術解放與技術賦權、新媒體與社會轉型的相互關系。該研究對中東國家和發(fā)展中國家發(fā)展新媒體具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The Syrian Republic is one of the most influential countries in the Middle East, as well as a developing country experiencing colonial times. In July 2000, Bashar al-Assad became president of Syria after his father, Assad, and was politically and socially involved. The economy and other aspects of reform. However, these reforms have not fundamentally altered the authoritarian structure of Syria. In 2010, the Arab Spring spark quickly burned across the Middle East and around the world. January 2011, Demonstrations organized spontaneously by the Syrian people were brutally confronted by the authorities. In Syria's harsh media environment, young Syrians pick up video cameras, mobile phones, computers and other communications tools to document the development of the social movement and use new media platforms to disseminate information. In order to promote the formation of Syria's new media ecology. In this paper, by using the theory of Internet and social movement of Custer and Zhao Dingxin, this paper further expounds the new media and social movement in the Syrian Revolution through the literature review, using the interdisciplinary perspective, and using the theory of the Internet and social movement of Zhao Dingxin. Technology liberation and technology empowerment, the interrelation between new media and social transformation. This research has certain reference significance to the development of new media in the Middle East and developing countries.
