【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代初,在香港史研究熱潮的引領(lǐng)下,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界開始探討美國(guó)與香港的歷史關(guān)系。受"新冷戰(zhàn)史"研究的啟發(fā),一些學(xué)者著重研究美國(guó)涉港情報(bào)、文化活動(dòng)和美國(guó)政府對(duì)港禁運(yùn)政策,為美港關(guān)系史研究提供了廣闊的視野和多樣化的研究方向。以傳統(tǒng)國(guó)際關(guān)系史研究范式書寫美港關(guān)系的研究成果,主要討論美國(guó)政府如何介入涉港問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而制定和實(shí)施香港政策。因視角、立場(chǎng)存在差異,中國(guó)內(nèi)地、香港和美英兩國(guó)的學(xué)者,就羅斯福對(duì)香港戰(zhàn)后地位所持態(tài)度、香港日軍受降之爭(zhēng)、美國(guó)對(duì)港政策轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)等問(wèn)題,形成了不同意見(jiàn)。本文根據(jù)兩類研究范式,梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界相關(guān)研究成果,剖析學(xué)者們就若干重要問(wèn)題形成的共識(shí)與分歧,呈現(xiàn)美國(guó)視野下轉(zhuǎn)變中的香港價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the early 1980s, under the guidance of Hong Kong history research, the academic circles at home and abroad began to explore the historical relationship between the United States and Hong Kong. Inspired by the study of the "New Cold War History", some scholars have focused on American intelligence, cultural activities and the US government's embargo on Hong Kong, which provides a broad perspective and diversified research direction for the study of the history of US-Hong Kong relations. The research results of US-Hong Kong relations are written in the traditional research paradigm of international relations history. The paper mainly discusses how the United States government intervenes in Hong Kong issues and then formulates and implements Hong Kong policies. Due to different perspectives and positions, scholars from mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States and Britain have formed different views on Roosevelt's attitude towards Hong Kong's postwar status, the dispute over the surrender of the Japanese troops in Hong Kong, and the turning point in the United States' policy towards Hong Kong. According to the two kinds of research paradigms, this paper combs the relevant research results of domestic and foreign academic circles, analyzes the consensus and differences on several important issues, and presents the value of Hong Kong in the changing American vision.
