【摘要】：聯(lián)邦德國(guó)的建立意味著西部的德國(guó)人開始行使自治的權(quán)力。但這并不意味著聯(lián)邦德國(guó)的獨(dú)立。《基本法》依然要受《占領(lǐng)法規(guī)》的制約�！墩碱I(lǐng)法規(guī)》中關(guān)于拆遷工業(yè)設(shè)備的規(guī)定為聯(lián)邦德國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展制造了巨大的障礙。為了能夠給聯(lián)邦德國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造出良好的環(huán)境,也為了消除西方尤其是法國(guó)對(duì)于德國(guó)的疑忌,阿登納政府展示出不計(jì)舊恨、愿意妥協(xié)的姿態(tài),與西方占領(lǐng)國(guó)簽訂了《彼得斯貝格協(xié)定》。聯(lián)邦德國(guó)通過在魯爾區(qū)問題上的讓步換來了德國(guó)工業(yè)的新生。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the Federal Republic of Germany meant that the Germans in the west began to exercise autonomy.But this does not mean that the independence of the Federal Republic of Germany. The basic Law is still subject to the rules of occupation. The provisions of the occupation Law on the demolition of industrial equipment create a huge obstacle to the economic development of the Federal Republic of Germany.In order to create a good environment for the economic development of the Federal Republic of Germany, and to eliminate the suspicion of Germany in the West, especially in France, the Adenauer government has shown a willingness to compromise regardless of its old hate.The Petersberg Agreement was signed with the Western occupying Powers.The Federal Republic of Germany gave new life to German industry through concessions on the Ruhr district.
