【摘要】：第一次世界大戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后,俄國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)民族主義情緒急劇上升。俄國(guó)地方自治運(yùn)動(dòng)為支持戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)而成立了全俄地方自治聯(lián)盟和全俄城市聯(lián)盟這兩個(gè)組織。1915年,在全俄地方自治聯(lián)盟和全俄城市聯(lián)盟的基礎(chǔ)上,自由主義黨派將“全俄地方自治和城市聯(lián)合會(huì)”這個(gè)新的組織推上歷史舞臺(tái)。全俄地方自治和城市聯(lián)合會(huì)以“供應(yīng)軍隊(duì)”為宗旨,在前線和后方都積極開(kāi)展活動(dòng),其力量得以發(fā)展壯大。隨著戰(zhàn)局和國(guó)內(nèi)政治形勢(shì)的變化,全俄地方自治和城市聯(lián)合會(huì)更主動(dòng)地參與了俄國(guó)政治,在二月革命的醞釀和發(fā)展過(guò)程中發(fā)揮了重要作用。但在二月后無(wú)政府主義泛濫的情況下,全俄地方自治和城市聯(lián)合會(huì)逐漸淡出政治舞臺(tái)。布爾什維克掌權(quán)后,曾經(jīng)是一支重要社會(huì)政治力量的全俄地方自治和城市聯(lián)合會(huì)最終在俄國(guó)境內(nèi)消亡。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of World War I, nationalism in Russia rose sharply.In order to support the war, the Russian Local Autonomy Movement established two organizations, the All-Russian Alliance of Local Self-Government and the All-Russian Alliance of cities. In 1915, on the basis of the All-Russian League of Local Self-Government and the All-Russian Alliance of cities,The liberal parties have pushed the new organization-all-Russian Local Autonomy and the Federation of cities-to the stage of history.With the aim of supplying troops, the all-Russia Local Autonomy and the cities Federation are active in the front and rear areas, and their strength has been developed and strengthened.With the changes of the war situation and the domestic political situation, the whole Russian local autonomy and the city federation participated more actively in Russian politics, and played an important role in the brewing and development of the February revolution.But with anarchism rampant after February, all-Russian local autonomy and city federations gradually faded out of the political arena.When the Bolsheviks came to power, the all-Russia Local Autonomy and the City Federation, once an important social and political force, finally died in Russia.
