【摘要】：從國際史的視角看,第一次世界大戰(zhàn)期間的中國同春秋戰(zhàn)國時代一樣,百花齊放,百家爭鳴。這時不僅民族主義成為主宰中國政治外交的洪流,"外交政策群體"也在這個時代應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。這個群體不僅包括精英,還有許多平民百姓。平民百姓成為政治力量、成為外交政策群體非常重要的一部分,實際上是中國歷史上一個非常特殊的現(xiàn)象,中國的華工在其中所起的作用是十分重要的。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of international history, China during the first World War was the same as the Spring and Autumn warring States period, a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend.Not only did nationalism become the torrent of China's political diplomacy, but foreign policy groups came into being in this era.This group includes not only the elite, but also many ordinary people.It is in fact a very special phenomenon in the history of China that ordinary people become a political force and a very important part of the foreign policy group, and the role played by Chinese workers in it is very important.
