【摘要】： 日本帝國(guó)主義對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古東西部地區(qū)實(shí)行了政治、軍事、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化全面的殖民統(tǒng)治活動(dòng),本文主要研究日本對(duì)錫林郭勒盟的政治、軍事、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的殖民統(tǒng)治活動(dòng)。日本在政治、軍事方面的殖民統(tǒng)治活動(dòng)主要是展開(kāi)對(duì)李守信、德王的積極拉攏,利用他們的政治資本,建立服從于日本帝國(guó)主義的偽政權(quán),并且組建偽蒙古軍,作為其實(shí)行殖民統(tǒng)治的軍事保障。日本在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的殖民統(tǒng)治活動(dòng)主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)錫林郭勒盟的畜產(chǎn)資源、鴉片、鹽業(yè)、金融、通信、交通等的統(tǒng)制,以實(shí)現(xiàn)其“以戰(zhàn)養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)”的目的。在其實(shí)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)制政策下,錫林郭勒盟的經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸衰落,民眾生活愈來(lái)愈貧困。日本在文化方面的侵略活動(dòng)：蒙疆政權(quán)成立前,主要是善鄰協(xié)會(huì)在錫林郭勒盟進(jìn)行的教育、醫(yī)療活動(dòng),以籠絡(luò)蒙古王公和民眾,為其殖民侵略作前期準(zhǔn)備；蒙疆政權(quán)成立后,錫林郭勒盟的教育活動(dòng)被納入了蒙疆政權(quán)的殖民教育體系下。日本還控制和利用宗教,為其殖民統(tǒng)治服務(wù)。在日本的殖民統(tǒng)治下,以德王為首的蒙古王公進(jìn)行了政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化方面所謂的“新政”,對(duì)日本的殖民統(tǒng)治政策進(jìn)行了個(gè)別調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:Japanese imperialism has carried out political, military, economic and cultural colonization activities in the eastern and western regions of Inner Mongolia. This paper mainly studies Japan's political, military and economic activities over the Xilingol League. Cultural colonization activities. Japan's colonization activities in the political and military fields are mainly to make active efforts to win over Li Shouxin and the King of Germany, and to make use of their political capital to establish a pseudo-regime that is subject to Japanese imperialism. And the formation of the pseudo-Mongol Army as a military guarantee for its colonial rule. Japan's economic colonization activities mainly realized the control of livestock resources, opium, salt industry, finance, communications, transportation and so on in the Xilingol League. In order to achieve its goal of "preserving war by war". Under its policy of economic control, the economy of the Xilingol League has gradually declined and the people have become poorer and poorer. Japan's cultural aggression: before the establishment of the Mongol regime, Mainly the education and medical activities carried out by the good neighbors Association in the Xilingol League in order to win over the Mongolian princes and the public to prepare for its colonial aggression; after the establishment of the Mongol regime, The educational activities of the Xilingol League were incorporated into the colonial education system of the Mongol regime. Japan also controlled and used religion to serve its colonial rule. The so-called "New deal" in terms of culture has made individual adjustments to Japan's colonial policy.
