【摘要】：1 9世紀(jì)中期,英國議會先后通過三部《傳染病法》來加強(qiáng)對軍事要塞妓女的醫(yī)學(xué)檢查,促使廢除派掀起廢除《傳染病法》運(yùn)動。作為廢除派中的激進(jìn)派,社會凈化派不但反對《傳染病法》的雙重道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn),還主張嚴(yán)厲打擊各類不道德行為、凈化社會風(fēng)氣�！秱魅静》ā繁粡U除后,社會凈化派發(fā)起社會凈化運(yùn)動,積極救助妓女和有可能淪為妓女的女性,并打擊各類不道德行為,力圖以中產(chǎn)階級道德觀和宗教觀來改造工人階級的道德和文化。社會凈化運(yùn)動是19世紀(jì)后期英國特定時代的產(chǎn)物,既展現(xiàn)出鮮明的激進(jìn)改革特色,也具有道德保守與壓制個人權(quán)利的色彩。
[Abstract]:In the middle of 9th century, the British Parliament adopted three infectious diseases laws to strengthen the medical examination of prostitutes in military forts, which prompted the abolitionists to launch a campaign to abolish the Infectious Diseases Act, which was regarded as a radical faction among the abolitionists. The social purification school not only opposes the double moral standards of the Infectious Diseases Act, but also advocates cracking down on all kinds of immoral behaviors and purifying social ethos. After the abolition of the Communicable Diseases Act, the society purged and distributed a social purification campaign. To actively assist prostitutes and women at risk of becoming prostitutes and to combat all kinds of immoral behaviour, Attempts to transform the morality and culture of the working class with the moral and religious views of the middle class. The movement of social purification was a product of a specific era in Britain in late 19th century, showing distinct features of radical reform. It also has the color of moral conservatism and suppression of individual rights.
