【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)后，美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值快速上漲，產(chǎn)量大幅增加，迅速實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化。美國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品不僅能充足的供應(yīng)本國(guó)需求，而且還在世界市場(chǎng)上占有重要的地位。美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)取得巨大成就有諸多原因：首先是美國(guó)有發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，二戰(zhàn)前美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)從各個(gè)方面都具備了快速發(fā)展的條件，之后在二戰(zhàn)特需刺激下，美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展；其次就是二戰(zhàn)后的大發(fā)展，在科學(xué)技術(shù)，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，政府政策保障和其他因素的刺激下，美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代化。其中，科學(xué)技術(shù)（包括機(jī)械技術(shù)）代替人力，，生物化學(xué)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)增效；基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)主要是“硬件”工程建設(shè)和“軟件”教育服務(wù)；政府為保障農(nóng)業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展，針對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品過剩和價(jià)格不穩(wěn)定制定了具體的農(nóng)業(yè)政策；美國(guó)強(qiáng)有力的農(nóng)場(chǎng)主和兩黨政治是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的獨(dú)特因素。在這些因素的共同作用下，美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)得以在二戰(zhàn)后協(xié)調(diào)、順利發(fā)展，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化。美國(guó)式農(nóng)業(yè)道路及其成功的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為各國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:After World War II, the agricultural output of the United States rose rapidly, the output increased sharply, and the agricultural modernization was realized rapidly. The agricultural products of the United States not only can supply the domestic demand adequately. And it also plays an important role in the world market. There are many reasons why American agriculture has made great achievements: first of all, the United States has a good tradition of developing agriculture. Before World War II, American agriculture had the condition of rapid development from all aspects, and then under the special need of World War II, American agriculture made rapid progress. The second was the great development after World War II, with the stimulation of science and technology, infrastructure, government policy guarantee and other factors, American agriculture was gradually modernized. Science and technology (including mechanical technology) instead of manpower, biochemical technology to achieve high productivity and efficiency; Infrastructure construction is mainly "hardware" project construction and "software" education service; In order to ensure the healthy and rapid development of agriculture, the government has formulated specific agricultural policies aimed at the surplus of agricultural products and the instability of prices. Strong farmers and bipartisan politics in the United States are unique factors in the modernization of agriculture. Under the combined action of these factors, American agriculture was able to coordinate and develop smoothly after World War II. The American way of agriculture and its successful experience of agricultural modernization provide useful reference for the development of agriculture in various countries.
