　　當今世界,在許多國家之中,多元文化現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)越來越普及。與此同時,這些國家也面臨著許多因文化差異而導致的各種嚴重問題,這種現(xiàn)象在部分西歐發(fā)達國家尤為突出,例如英國,德國和法國。目前,在全世界范圍內(nèi),文化多元化政策是解決社會中相關文化差異問題的主流方法。雖然有理論認為文化多元化政策在一定程度上導致了許多西歐國家失敗的種群融合,但這種政策在諸如加拿大等移民國家中卻實施得十分成功。學習歐洲多文化政策的主要目的是為了闡明以下問題:在歐洲諸國正在實施的政策是否實際上符合文化多元化主義的核心思想?在實施文化多元化政策時,所面臨的主要障礙是什么?在西歐國家之中,文化多元化政策的前景又如何?為了回答這些問題,本文首先明確了文化多元化政策的精準含義,接著分析了加拿大成功的文化多元化政策案例,創(chuàng)造了一種文化多元化政策實施的實際模型,并將之與英國、德國和法國的現(xiàn)有政策相比較。本文最終結果說明,在歐洲從未有合適的文化多元化政策,社會之中的各個階級從未達到互利共贏的地步。綜上所述,歐洲國家仍需完善其文化多元化政策。
