【摘要】：中國(guó)實(shí)行改革開放三十多年以來(lái),不僅讓越來(lái)越多的人迎來(lái)了他們翹首以盼的富裕生活,上到國(guó)家下到普通百姓都切實(shí)享受到了改革開放帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠。但在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),我們也注意到了文化發(fā)展的不足。隨著西方文化理論的傳播,“文化治理”逐漸由舶來(lái)詞匯演變?yōu)橹袊?guó)化的實(shí)踐。習(xí)近平長(zhǎng)期的從政生涯中,自始就關(guān)注到治理問(wèn)題,將文化帶入治理領(lǐng)域,積極進(jìn)行治理實(shí)踐,結(jié)合社會(huì)主義理論,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在文化領(lǐng)域逐漸醞釀出文化治理的相應(yīng)內(nèi)容,最終發(fā)展為成熟的文化治理思想。本文大體分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分為研究的前期準(zhǔn)備工作。首先,對(duì)習(xí)近平文化治理思想研究的目的和意義進(jìn)行分析。研究以發(fā)掘習(xí)近平文化治理思想的豐富內(nèi)涵為目的,牢牢把握住時(shí)代主線,結(jié)合十八大精神以文化建設(shè)為主線展開。其次,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、對(duì)比分析等研究手段對(duì)習(xí)近平文化治理思想展開研究。復(fù)次,以學(xué)界研究現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ),從文化與治理到文化治理的邏輯順序?qū)ξ幕卫淼南嚓P(guān)基本概念進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)文化治理的內(nèi)涵與外延有一個(gè)基本認(rèn)識(shí),解決習(xí)近平文化治理思想研究的邏輯起點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。最后是梳理當(dāng)前習(xí)近平文化治理思想的相關(guān)資料,探究習(xí)近平文化治理思想的理論脈絡(luò)。第二部分為研究主體,根據(jù)收集到的研究資料對(duì)習(xí)近平文化治理內(nèi)容展開研究。首先,分析習(xí)近平文化治理思想的理論來(lái)源和實(shí)踐來(lái)源,從馬克思主義經(jīng)典理論、中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論、中國(guó)古代國(guó)家治理理論以及中國(guó)特色文化建設(shè)實(shí)踐、國(guó)外治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)、個(gè)人從政經(jīng)驗(yàn)等六個(gè)方面,對(duì)習(xí)近平文化治理思想進(jìn)行溯源。其次,探討習(xí)近平文化治理思想的發(fā)展過(guò)程研究。從形成、發(fā)展兩個(gè)階段把握習(xí)近平文化治理思想發(fā)展理路。研究時(shí)主要從文本研究出發(fā),結(jié)合時(shí)代環(huán)境等因素,闡明習(xí)近平文化治理思想的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。最后,以此為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)習(xí)近平文化治理思想的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行梳理。從加強(qiáng)推進(jìn)文化治理意識(shí)、文化治理原則方針、文化治理推進(jìn)文化體制改革、文化治理推進(jìn)文化全面發(fā)展等四個(gè)方面揭示習(xí)近平文化治理思想的基本內(nèi)容。第三部分是總結(jié)習(xí)近平文化治理思想的階段性特點(diǎn),探究其時(shí)代價(jià)值,從理論性結(jié)合實(shí)踐性、民族性結(jié)合時(shí)代性、科學(xué)性結(jié)合創(chuàng)新性三個(gè)方面總結(jié)特點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步思考習(xí)近平文化治理思想研究的實(shí)踐價(jià)值和理論價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since China carried out reform and opening up for more than three decades, not only have more and more people ushered in the well-to-do life they had hoped for, but also from the top to the bottom of the country to the ordinary people, they have truly enjoyed the economic benefits brought about by the reform and opening-up. But at the same time in the economic development, we also noticed the lack of cultural development. With the spread of western cultural theory, "cultural governance" gradually evolved from foreign vocabulary to Chinese practice. In his long political career, Xi Jinping has paid attention to the issue of governance since the beginning, brought culture into the field of governance, actively carried out governance practice, combined with socialist theory, summed up experience, and gradually developed the corresponding content of cultural governance in the field of culture. Finally develop into mature cultural governance thought. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the preliminary preparation of the study. First of all, this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance. The purpose of the study is to explore the rich connotation of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance, firmly grasp the main line of the times, and take cultural construction as the main line in combination with the spirit of the 18th National Congress. Secondly, using literature research, contrastive analysis and other research means to study Xi Jinping's thought of cultural governance. Secondly, on the basis of the current research situation in academic circles, this paper combs the basic concepts of cultural governance from the logical order of culture and governance to cultural governance, and has a basic understanding of the connotation and extension of cultural governance. To solve the logical starting point of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance. Finally, it combs the relevant materials of Xi Jinping's thoughts on cultural governance, and probes into the theoretical context of Xi Jinping's thoughts on cultural governance. The second part is the main body of the study, according to the collected research materials, Xi Jinping cultural governance content is studied. First of all, this paper analyzes the theoretical and practical sources of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance, including Marxist classical theory, socialism with Chinese characteristics, ancient Chinese state governance theory and the practice of cultural construction with Chinese characteristics, and foreign governance experience. The author traces the origin of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance in six aspects, such as personal experience in politics. Secondly, this paper discusses the development process of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance. From the formation, the development of two stages to grasp Xi Jinping cultural governance thought development rational road. On the basis of the text study and the environment of the times, this paper expounds the development of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance. Finally, on the basis of this, the content of Xi Jinping's thought of cultural governance is combed. The basic contents of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance are revealed from four aspects: strengthening the consciousness of promoting cultural governance, principles and principles of cultural governance, promoting the reform of cultural system, and promoting the all-round development of culture by cultural governance. The third part is to summarize the phased characteristics of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance, explore its value of the times, and summarize the characteristics from three aspects: theoretical combination of practice, nationality combination of the times and scientific combination of innovation. Further thinking about the practical and theoretical value of Xi Jinping's thought on cultural governance.
