【摘要】：2011年國務(wù)院下發(fā)了《國務(wù)院關(guān)于支持河南省加快建設(shè)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的指導(dǎo)意見》,河南迎來了加快發(fā)展的重大機(jī)遇,確立了在全國改革發(fā)展中的戰(zhàn)略地位,省九次黨代會(huì)把新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)建設(shè)列入新型城鎮(zhèn)化體系,新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)形成的是新的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)、新的生活方式、新的文化環(huán)境、新的精神風(fēng)貌、新的管理模式,它不僅僅是社區(qū)建設(shè),更是飽含了人們追求幸福生活,文化生活的愿望。 文章以河南新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)文化建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)已建成或在建的新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的分析,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研和文獻(xiàn)研究等方法,進(jìn)一步理清新型社區(qū)文化發(fā)展的思路,立足文化的保護(hù)和創(chuàng)新,探究農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的必然趨勢、如何建設(shè)具有現(xiàn)代文明特征的新型社區(qū)文化以及人們的文明意識(shí)、公共意識(shí)、公民意識(shí)、法規(guī)意識(shí)的萌發(fā),新的社會(huì)意識(shí)形態(tài)的形成,最終培育人們形成良好的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣,幫助人們建立科學(xué)、文明、健康的生活方式。 論文內(nèi)容主要包括五個(gè)部分：第一部分,主要說明研究河南新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)文化的背景和目的及研究價(jià)值和意義,介紹了研究過程中的思路和方法。第二部分,通過對(duì)社區(qū)文化建設(shè)主要概念的界定,提出新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)的新內(nèi)涵、功能和作用。第三部分,新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)文化的創(chuàng)新是為了適應(yīng)人們生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)和社會(huì)活動(dòng)的需要。第四部分,新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)文化建設(shè)要把握和協(xié)調(diào)好文化生產(chǎn)、文化教育、文化保護(hù)和文化創(chuàng)新。第五部分,結(jié)束語。主要闡述了論文預(yù)期目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)情況,有待解決的問題及更深一步研究的意義。
[Abstract]:In 2011, the State Council issued the "guidance opinion of the State Council on supporting Henan Province in speeding up the Construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone." Henan has ushered in a major opportunity to accelerate development and established its strategic position in the national reform and development. The Ninth Provincial Party Congress included the construction of new rural communities in the new urbanization system. The new rural communities formed a new social structure, a new way of life, a new cultural environment, a new spiritual outlook, and a new management model. It is not only community construction, but also the desire of people to pursue happy life and cultural life. This paper takes the cultural construction of the new rural community in Henan Province as the research object, through the analysis of the present situation of the cultural construction of the new rural community, which has been completed or is under construction, and through the methods of field investigation and literature research, etc. To further clarify the development of new community culture, based on the protection and innovation of culture, explore the inevitable trend of rural modernization development, how to build a new type of community culture with the characteristics of modern civilization, as well as people's awareness of civilization, public awareness, The citizen consciousness, the law consciousness germination, the new social ideology formation, finally cultivates the people to form the good social atmosphere, helps the people to establish the science, the civilization, the healthy way of life. The paper mainly includes five parts: the first part mainly explains the background, purpose, research value and significance of the study on the new rural community culture in Henan Province, and introduces the ideas and methods in the research process. The second part, through the definition of the main concept of community culture construction, puts forward the new connotation, function and function of the new rural community. The third part, the innovation of the new rural community culture is to meet the needs of people's production activities and social activities. The fourth part, the new rural community cultural construction should grasp and coordinate cultural production, cultural education, cultural protection and cultural innovation. The fifth part, concluding remarks. This paper mainly expounds the realization of the expected goal, the problems to be solved and the significance of further research.
