天津市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者滿意度問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)已進(jìn)入經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)的發(fā)展階段,大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),提高文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技含量,搶占文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展制高點(diǎn)至關(guān)重要。天津市歷史悠久,文化資源豐富,近些年來(lái)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁。《天津市國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十二個(gè)五年規(guī)劃綱要》明確提出“天津市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值年均增長(zhǎng)30%,成為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)”。推動(dòng)文化與科技深度融合是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要舉措,而文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者是促進(jìn)文化與科技融合最能動(dòng)的要素,其滿意度對(duì)激發(fā)其創(chuàng)新意愿,有效調(diào)動(dòng)工作積極性和創(chuàng)造性具有重要作用。 論文基于滿意度研究視角,對(duì)天津市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者滿意度問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。首先,對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、科技工作者、滿意度等基本概念進(jìn)行了界定和分析,對(duì)滿意度相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述;其次,結(jié)合深度訪談設(shè)計(jì)了針對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,,并在天津市抽取了41家不同特征的文化企業(yè)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,最終回收有效問(wèn)卷386份;然后,利用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、T檢驗(yàn)、方差檢驗(yàn)、因子分析、逐步多元線性回歸、相關(guān)性分析等方法實(shí)證研究了天津市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者工作滿意度水平、生活滿意度水平,工作滿意度以及生活滿意度的主要影響因素及其與創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿及離職傾向之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系;最后,針對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者滿意度中存在的問(wèn)題,提出了提高天津市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者滿意水平的對(duì)策建議。 論文主要研究結(jié)論有:天津市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者工作及生活滿意度處于中等水平;工作滿意度主要影響因素為管理制度與個(gè)人實(shí)現(xiàn)、工作環(huán)境和人際關(guān)系;工作滿意度對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者科技創(chuàng)新意愿、職業(yè)流動(dòng)具有顯著影響。生活滿意度影響因素依次是:回報(bào)、住房條件、個(gè)體狀況;生活滿意度與流動(dòng)傾向顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,論文從政府、行業(yè)、企業(yè)三個(gè)層面,從資金、政策、平臺(tái)等多個(gè)角度提出了提高天津市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)科技工作者滿意水平的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered the economic transformation, the innovation drive development stage, vigorously develops the cultural industry, enhances the cultural industry science and technology content, grabs the cultural industry development commanding height is very important. Tianjin has a long history and rich cultural resources. In recent years, the development momentum of the cultural industry is strong. The outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of Tianjin clearly puts forward that "the value added of the cultural industry in Tianjin will increase by 30 per year annually and become a pillar industry". To promote the deep integration of culture and science and technology is an important measure to achieve this strategic goal, and the science and technology workers in cultural industry are the most dynamic elements to promote the integration of culture and science and technology. Effective mobilization of work enthusiasm and creativity has an important role. Based on the perspective of satisfaction research, this paper makes a systematic study on the satisfaction of the scientific and technological workers in Tianjin cultural industry. First of all, the basic concepts of cultural industry, science and technology workers, satisfaction degree are defined and analyzed, and the theory of satisfaction degree is expounded. Secondly, the questionnaire for cultural industry science and technology workers is designed in combination with in-depth interviews. Finally, 386 valid questionnaires were collected from 41 cultural enterprises with different characteristics in Tianjin. Then, descriptive statistical analysis, T test, variance test, factor analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression were used. This paper empirically studies the main influencing factors and innovations of the level of job satisfaction, life satisfaction, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of scientific and technological workers in Tianjin cultural industry by means of correlation analysis. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the satisfaction degree of the scientific and technological workers in cultural industry, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction level of the scientific and technological workers in the cultural industry in Tianjin. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the satisfaction of science and technology workers in the cultural industry in Tianjin is at a moderate level, the main influencing factors of job satisfaction are management system and personal realization, work environment and interpersonal relationship; Job satisfaction has a significant impact on the scientific and technological innovation willingness and career mobility of scientific and technological workers in cultural industry. The order of influencing factors of life satisfaction is: return, housing condition, individual condition, and life satisfaction is negatively correlated with mobility tendency. On the basis of the above research, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction level of the scientific and technological workers of Tianjin cultural industry from three aspects: government, industry, enterprise, fund, policy, platform and so on.
