【摘要】：正2017年11月3日,賀蘭縣文廣局在賀蘭縣欣榮村舉行了貫徹十九大精神文藝演出活動(dòng)暨欣榮村分館開放儀式。自治區(qū)文化廳、銀川市文化新聞廣電局、賀蘭縣人大、政府及文廣局的相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席了開館儀式。2017年4月,賀蘭縣圖書館總分館建設(shè)作為全縣首批開工項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)。同時(shí)采購(gòu)了總分館數(shù)字圖平臺(tái)升級(jí)及自助借還設(shè)備,招標(biāo)金額達(dá)到74萬元。欣榮村分館改造建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)預(yù)計(jì)30萬元,改造面積208平米,分館采取文化館、圖書館共建共享、分
