【摘要】：作為聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工程系統(tǒng)中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞,"社區(qū)"指的是直接或者間接地參與某一個(gè)或某一系列非遺項(xiàng)目的施行和傳承,并認(rèn)同該(系列)非遺項(xiàng)目是其文化遺產(chǎn)的一部分的人。社區(qū)的規(guī)�？纱罂尚�,具有非固定性和非均質(zhì)性的特點(diǎn),可以在不同的語(yǔ)境中被不同的人用不同的方式來(lái)理解和界定。社區(qū)以及構(gòu)成社區(qū)的群體和個(gè)人是非遺項(xiàng)目保護(hù)和傳承的主體,不僅應(yīng)當(dāng)最大限度地參與從非遺項(xiàng)目認(rèn)定、清單編制、保護(hù)措施的規(guī)劃和實(shí)施到非遺項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)進(jìn)入各類(lèi)名錄的整個(gè)過(guò)程,而且應(yīng)當(dāng)在其中發(fā)揮主要作用,成為所有保護(hù)措施和計(jì)劃的中心,成為非遺項(xiàng)目列入名錄之后的受益方。
[Abstract]:As a key word in the UNESCO intangible cultural heritage protection engineering system, "community" refers to the direct or indirect participation in the implementation and inheritance of a certain or a series of non-legacy projects. People who agree that the (series) non-legacy project is part of their cultural heritage. The community can be large or small, with the characteristics of non-fixed and heterogeneity. It can be understood and defined in different contexts by different people in different ways. The community and the groups and individuals that constitute the community are the subjects of the protection and inheritance of non-legacy projects. It should not only maximize participation in the entire process from the identification of non-legacy projects, the preparation of inventories, the planning and implementation of protective measures, and the application of non-legacy projects for inclusion in various categories of directories, but should also play a major role in them. Become the center of all protection measures and programs, and be the beneficiary of the list of non-sequestered projects.
