【摘要】：全球范圍內(nèi)人類面臨共同的發(fā)展問題,聯(lián)合國是發(fā)起千年發(fā)展目標的政府間國際組織。聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標包括八項宏觀目標和二十一項微觀具體目標,這些目標的實現(xiàn)和世界的和平與發(fā)展緊密相連。中國在實現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標方面有顯著成就。我們通過分析中國在千年發(fā)展目標每個目標的實施進展情況來總結(jié)中國對聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標的貢獻和經(jīng)驗。中國是實現(xiàn)聯(lián)合千年發(fā)展目標的典范國家。其中,最突出的貢獻是對非洲各個國家和地區(qū)的對外援助,中國開創(chuàng)了具有中國特色的援助模式。中國對聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標的貢獻不僅表現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟、社會發(fā)展以及受援助國家能力的提高上而且在世界理念方面增光添彩。中國“共同發(fā)展”和“共同利益”的理念、構(gòu)建和諧世界的理念和中國和平發(fā)展道路的理念。中國對聯(lián)合國實現(xiàn)千年發(fā)展目標作出了應(yīng)有的貢獻,在國際社會樹立起了負責(zé)任的大國形象。中國在實現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標方面中已經(jīng)有幾項提前完成,完成的速度是世界上最快的,許多發(fā)展中國家紛紛要仿效。所以,總結(jié)中國實現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標的經(jīng)驗是非常有必要的。中國將聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標有機融入到中國社會的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中,在完成全面建設(shè)小康社會中去實現(xiàn)千年發(fā)展目標。在實現(xiàn)千年發(fā)展目標的過程中,中國提出了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,用科學(xué)發(fā)展觀引領(lǐng)中國實施聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標。中國立足實際,統(tǒng)籌國際國內(nèi)情況,將包容性增長理念納入到發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中去。讓更多的人享受全球化成果、讓弱勢群體得到保護、在經(jīng)濟增長過程中保持平衡。“中國模式”是實現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標的有利保障。經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需要和平的發(fā)展環(huán)境,聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標的在每個國家的實現(xiàn)需要穩(wěn)定的政治經(jīng)濟環(huán)境。在社會主義和諧社會的氛圍中進行改善民生為重點的社會建設(shè)是中國實施聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標的經(jīng)驗所在。這些經(jīng)驗對發(fā)展中國家具有重要的借鑒意義。在分析中國實現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標的實施情況和貢獻與經(jīng)驗的同時我們可以及時發(fā)現(xiàn)中國的不足并予以改進,讓我們以更加積極的姿態(tài)、更加精誠的合作,為如期實現(xiàn)千年發(fā)展目標、促進全人類的發(fā)展和進步而努力奮斗!
[Abstract]:Mankind faces common development problems all over the world. The United Nations is the intergovernmental international organization that launched the Millennium Development goals. The United Nations Millennium Development goals include eight macro goals and 21 micro targets, the achievement of which is closely linked to world peace and development. China has made remarkable achievements in achieving the United Nations Millennium Development goals. We summarize China's contribution and experience to the United Nations Millennium Development goals by analyzing China's progress in the implementation of each of the Millennium Development goals. China is a model country for achieving the joint Millennium Development goals. Among them, the most prominent contribution is foreign assistance to various African countries and regions, and China has created an aid model with Chinese characteristics. China's contribution to the United Nations Millennium Development goals is reflected not only in economic and social development and the improvement of the capacity of assisted countries, but also in the concept of the world. The concepts of "common development" and "common interests" in China, the concept of building a harmonious world and the concept of China's peaceful development road. China has made due contributions to the achievement of the Millennium Development goals by the United Nations and has established a responsible image of a great power in the international community. China has completed several of the United Nations Millennium Development goals ahead of schedule, the fastest in the world, and many developing countries have to follow suit. Therefore, it is very necessary to sum up China's experience in achieving the United Nations Millennium Development goals. China organically integrates the United Nations Millennium Development goals into the development strategy of Chinese society and realizes the Millennium Development goals in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In the process of achieving the Millennium Development goals, China put forward the concept of scientific development and led China to implement the United Nations Millennium Development goals with the concept of scientific development. Based on reality, China has integrated the international and domestic situation and integrated the concept of inclusive growth into its development strategy. Let more people enjoy the fruits of globalization, let the vulnerable groups be protected, and maintain a balance in the process of economic growth. The "China model" is a favorable guarantee for achieving the United Nations Millennium Development goals. Economic and social development needs a peaceful development environment, and the achievement of the United Nations Millennium Development goals in each country requires a stable political and economic environment. It is China's experience in implementing the United Nations Millennium Development goals to build a society focusing on improving people's livelihood in the atmosphere of a harmonious socialist society. These experiences are of great significance to developing countries. While analyzing China's implementation, contribution and experience in achieving the United Nations Millennium Development goals, we can timely identify and improve China's shortcomings, so that we can work hard to achieve the Millennium Development goals on schedule and promote the development and progress of all mankind with a more positive attitude and more sincere cooperation.
