【摘要】：向臺灣出售武器，是美國介入臺灣問題的核心內(nèi)容，也是美國承認臺灣為獨立政治實體的重要標志，更是美國干涉中國內(nèi)政的主要途徑。多年來，在對臺軍售問題上，美國歷屆政府一方面表示遵守中美三個聯(lián)合公報，另一方面卻以《與臺灣關系法》為依據(jù)不斷加大對臺軍售力度。奧巴馬上臺后，中美關系發(fā)展勢頭良好，但奧巴馬政府仍不顧中國的強烈反對堅持對臺軍售，且軍售政策隨其全球戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整而顯現(xiàn)新的特點和發(fā)展，對中美關系、兩岸關系及東北亞局勢都帶來負面影響。受多種因素影響，在未來一段時期內(nèi)，美國將長時間堅持對臺軍售，要徹底解決此問題，從根本上取決于中國國力的進一步發(fā)展和壯大。
[Abstract]:The sale of weapons to Taiwan is the core of the U.S. intervention in Taiwan. It is also an important sign of the United States' recognition of Taiwan as an independent political entity, and is the main way for the United States to interfere in China's internal affairs. Over the years, on the issue of arms sales to the Taiwan, successive governments of the United States have expressed their adherence to the three joint communiques of the United States and on the other hand, on the other hand, on the basis of the Taiwan Relations Act, on the basis of increasing arms sales. After Mr. Obama came to power, the development momentum of the Sino-US relations was good, but the administration of the Obama administration, despite the strong opposition to China's strong opposition to the arms sales and the new features and development of the arms sales policy with the adjustment of the global strategy, had a negative impact on the Sino-US relations, the cross-Straits relations and the situation in North-East Asia. Under the influence of various factors, in the coming period, the United States will stick to the arms sales for a long time, and the problem will be thoroughly solved, and fundamentally depends on the further development and expansion of the Chinese mainland.
