【摘要】：臺灣問題是中國國家核心利益之所在,也是美國全球戰(zhàn)略尤其是亞太戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分,而中美關(guān)系又是世界上最重要的雙邊關(guān)系之一,由此可見臺灣問題的重要性。長期以來臺灣問題在中美關(guān)系中的重要性及其敏感度一直影響著中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展方向,本文著重對中美建交以來臺灣在美國亞太戰(zhàn)略中的地位變遷進(jìn)行歸納分析,概括其特點,進(jìn)而分析其深層次原因,最后在研究臺�，F(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上提出中國的應(yīng)對之策。論文主要由第一章到第五章構(gòu)成,圍繞中心主題展開論述。第一章首先探討了中美建交共同應(yīng)對蘇聯(lián)擴張以及這一重大事件對美臺關(guān)系造成的嚴(yán)重沖擊。第二章主要探討蘇聯(lián)解體對中美關(guān)系造成的戰(zhàn)略性影響以及間接引起了美臺關(guān)系的升溫,進(jìn)而分析了蘇聯(lián)解體導(dǎo)致美國全球戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整,其中對華政策調(diào)整尤為明顯,其核心就是全面提升美臺關(guān)系。第三章主要探討了9·11事件的發(fā)生使美國的外交核心任務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)移到全球反恐,接著分析了為了尋求中國對美全球反恐的支持,美國對臺海問題做了暫時的冷處理。第四章對影響臺灣在美亞太戰(zhàn)略中地位變遷的因素進(jìn)行了分析,主要包括大國關(guān)系調(diào)整與地緣政治格局調(diào)整和美國主要國家戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整以及美對臺戰(zhàn)略服從于對華戰(zhàn)略三個方面的因素。第五章在分析研究臺海問題現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對大陸的因應(yīng)之策提出一些基本的觀點和看法。
[Abstract]:The Taiwan issue is not only the core interest of China, but also an important part of the global strategy of the United States, especially the Asia-Pacific strategy, and the Sino-US relationship is one of the most important bilateral relations in the world, which shows the importance of the Taiwan issue. For a long time, the importance and sensitivity of the Taiwan issue in Sino-US relations has always influenced the development direction of Sino-US relations. This paper focuses on the analysis of the changes of Taiwan's position in the Asia-Pacific strategy of the United States since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, and summarizes its characteristics. Finally, on the basis of studying the current situation of the Taiwan Strait, China's countermeasures are put forward. The thesis is mainly composed of the first chapter to the fifth chapter, focusing on the central theme. The first chapter discusses the joint response to the Soviet expansion and the serious impact of this major event on the US-Taiwan relations when China and the United States established diplomatic relations. The second chapter mainly discusses the strategic impact of the disintegration of the Soviet Union on Sino-US relations and indirectly causes the warming of US-Taiwan relations, and then analyzes the global strategic adjustment of the United States caused by the disintegration of the Soviet Union, especially the adjustment of China policy. Its core is to improve the overall relationship between the United States and Taiwan. The third chapter mainly discusses that the 9 / 11 incident made the core diplomatic tasks of the United States shift to the global anti-terrorism, and then analyzes that in order to seek China's support for the global anti-terrorism of the United States, the United States has done a temporary cold treatment to the issue of the Taiwan Strait. The fourth chapter analyzes the factors that influence the change of Taiwan's position in America's Asia-Pacific strategy. It mainly includes the adjustment of great power relations, the adjustment of geopolitical pattern and the adjustment of the main national strategy of the United States, as well as the three factors of the United States' strategic service to Taiwan from the strategy of China. On the basis of analyzing and studying the current situation of the Taiwan Strait problem, the fifth chapter puts forward some basic viewpoints and views on the mainland's countermeasures.
