【摘要】：在選擇逐漸多樣化、主觀化的當今，形象之于個體及組織的價值日益凸顯。形象概念被引入政治學領(lǐng)域后，結(jié)合不同的政治主體衍生出不同的概念，政黨形象即為其一。我們認為，政黨形象即指政黨的屬性、政黨符號、黨員隊伍及政治參與能力給黨內(nèi)外公眾留下的相對穩(wěn)定的綜合感知和整體印象。在現(xiàn)代政治體系中，政黨作為最有效的政治組織之一，其形象問題越來越多地受到各方關(guān)注。良好的政黨形象有利于執(zhí)政黨的自身發(fā)展，為執(zhí)政黨提供安穩(wěn)有序的執(zhí)政環(huán)境，并能提高執(zhí)政黨的外交主動性�？v觀世界多國的執(zhí)政黨，在進行自身建設(shè)的過程中越來越重視“面子”問題，試圖通過宣揚擴大民眾代表性的執(zhí)政理念、設(shè)計具有感召力的政黨符號、發(fā)揮政黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的招牌作用以及提高黨的執(zhí)政能力等途徑來建設(shè)、完善自身的政黨形象。 政績卓越的新加坡人民行動黨自建黨之初就極具形象建設(shè)意識，鑒于半世紀的連續(xù)執(zhí)政，更具備了主動進行自身形象建設(shè)的客觀條件，在政黨形象建設(shè)問題上成績斐然。本文分別從民眾屬性、政黨符號和黨員隊伍解讀人民行動黨的全民形象、自然形象和精英形象，并通過執(zhí)政能力細化其廉潔、親民、績效三大形象。通過對其形象建設(shè)脈絡(luò)的把握和梳理，加以概括后我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，人民行動黨的形象建設(shè)講究敦本務(wù)實，堅持與時并進并強調(diào)一以貫之，在政黨形象建設(shè)過程中表現(xiàn)出巨大的智慧和毅力。然而，政黨形象的建設(shè)并非一勞永逸。新時代下，人民行動黨的形象建設(shè)面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)：其一，政治精英的招募遭遇多方阻力，使人民行動黨的精英形象建設(shè)面臨困境；其二，“經(jīng)濟優(yōu)先”績效理念的滯后及“基點高、增長難”的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展困境，，加之一黨長期執(zhí)政難以規(guī)避的執(zhí)政困境，使人民行動黨的績效形象建設(shè)承受嚴峻的壓力；其三，新時代下政治精英“草根性”的缺失以及對中產(chǎn)階級有所傾斜的治國政策，與黨宣稱代表全民利益的說法有所偏差，使人民行動黨的全民形象建設(shè)遭遇瓶頸。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the diversification and subjectivity of choice, the value of image to individual and organization is becoming more and more prominent. After the concept of image was introduced into the field of political science, different concepts were derived from different political subjects, and the image of political party was one of them. In our opinion, the image of political parties refers to the attributes, symbols, ranks of party members and the ability of political participation to leave a relatively stable comprehensive perception and overall impression on the public both inside and outside the Party. In the modern political system, as one of the most effective political organizations, the image of political party has been paid more and more attention. A good image of a political party is conducive to the development of the ruling party itself, provides a stable and orderly ruling environment for the ruling party, and can enhance the diplomatic initiative of the ruling party. Throughout the world, the ruling parties of many countries pay more and more attention to the issue of "face" in the course of their own construction, and try to design the symbols of political parties with inspiring power by promoting the governing concept of expanding the representative of the people. Give full play to the signboard role of party leaders and improve the Party's ruling ability to improve their own party image. The Singaporean people's Action Party (PAP), with outstanding achievements, has had the consciousness of image construction since the beginning of its founding. In view of its continuous governance for half a century, it has possessed the objective conditions of taking the initiative to build its own image, and has made great achievements in the issue of party image construction. This paper interprets the national image, natural image and elite image of the people's Action Party from the people's attribute, the party symbol and the party members' team, and refines its three images of honesty, pro-people and performance through the ruling ability. Through grasping and combing the context of its image construction, we find that the image construction of the people's Action Party pays attention to honesty and pragmatism, insists on keeping pace with the times and emphasizes consistency. In the party image construction process displays the enormous wisdom and the perseverance. The party image, however, is not built once and for all. In the new era, the image construction of the people's Action Party faces many challenges: first, the recruitment of political elites meets various obstacles, which makes the building of the people's Action Party's elite image facing difficulties; second, The lagging of the performance concept of "economic priority" and the economic development dilemma of "high basis point and difficult growth", coupled with the ruling dilemma that one party cannot avoid for a long time, makes the construction of the performance image of the people's Action Party under severe pressure. In the new era, the lack of "grass root" of the political elite and the policy of governing the country in favor of the middle class deviate from the party's claim that it represents the interests of the whole people, which makes the construction of the national image of the people's Action Party encounter a bottleneck.
