【摘要】：正國(guó)際秩序是國(guó)際體系內(nèi)的成員為了維系國(guó)際體系的穩(wěn)定與正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),協(xié)調(diào)、處理各種國(guó)際事務(wù)而確立的準(zhǔn)則、規(guī)范以及與之相應(yīng)的保障機(jī)制、決策程序、議事規(guī)則等。國(guó)際秩序作為一種國(guó)際公共產(chǎn)品,通常是由國(guó)際體系中的主要行為體即大國(guó)提供,是大國(guó)之間權(quán)力、利益和觀(guān)念分配的產(chǎn)物與結(jié)果。自冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束特別是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),大國(guó)之間權(quán)力對(duì)比深刻變化,新興國(guó)家群體性崛起,對(duì)既有國(guó)際秩序
[Abstract]:The international order is the norm, the norm and the corresponding safeguard mechanism, decision-making procedure, rules of procedure and so on established by the members of the international system in order to maintain the stability and normal operation of the international system, coordinate and deal with all kinds of international affairs. As an international public product, the international order is usually provided by the major actors in the international system, that is, the great power. It is the product and result of the distribution of power, interests and ideas among the great powers. Since the end of the cold war, especially since the beginning of the 21st century, the power contrast between the major powers has changed profoundly, and the emergence of the group of emerging countries has contributed to the existing international order.
