【摘要】：本文利用地方(僑鄉(xiāng))檔案,以新中國(guó)組織海外華僑回國(guó)觀光團(tuán)的活動(dòng)為中心,考察建國(guó)初期新中國(guó)政府組織華僑回國(guó)觀光團(tuán)的動(dòng)機(jī)、華僑回國(guó)觀光團(tuán)的組織程序、基本構(gòu)成、活動(dòng)情況以及外交影響,以此來(lái)探討華僑華人在新中國(guó)外交中的角色以及新中國(guó)僑務(wù)外交政策的發(fā)端與特征。本文指出,華僑回國(guó)觀光團(tuán)是新中國(guó)建國(guó)初期僑務(wù)外交戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)下的重要實(shí)踐,觀光團(tuán)成員對(duì)新中國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)發(fā)展以及僑鄉(xiāng)變化的宣傳,增強(qiáng)了海外華僑華人對(duì)新中國(guó)的認(rèn)同與支持,對(duì)新中國(guó)爭(zhēng)取僑心,凝聚僑力產(chǎn)生了積極影響。
[Abstract]:By using local (overseas Chinese) archives and taking the activities of organizing overseas Chinese return tours in New China as the center, this paper examines the motivation of the New China government to organize overseas Chinese returning sightseeing groups in the early years of the people's Republic of China, and the basic composition of the organizing procedures for overseas Chinese returning sightseeing groups. In order to discuss the role of overseas Chinese and Chinese in the diplomacy of New China and the origin and characteristics of the foreign policy of overseas Chinese affairs in New China. This paper points out that the overseas Chinese return tour group is an important practice under the guidance of the diplomatic strategy of overseas Chinese affairs in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. It strengthens the recognition and support of the overseas Chinese to the new China, and has a positive influence on the new China's struggle for overseas Chinese and the cohesion of the overseas Chinese.
