【摘要】：自2016年7月12日海牙仲裁庭公布關(guān)于菲律賓提起的"南海仲裁案"的實(shí)體問題裁決以來,有關(guān)該仲裁案的相關(guān)報(bào)道吸引了世人的眼球。事實(shí)上,自2013年菲律賓阿基諾三世政府單方面向海牙仲裁庭提起仲裁以來,"南海問題"一直是國(guó)際輿論關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文從媒體外交視角分析了中國(guó)和菲律賓主要英文媒體《中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)》和《菲律賓每日詢問者報(bào)》對(duì)"南海仲裁案"的報(bào)道,通過框架分析發(fā)現(xiàn),"雙邊協(xié)商"與"多邊外交"之爭(zhēng),"不合法"與"約束力"之爭(zhēng)歸根結(jié)底可以納入"新興大國(guó)"與"守成大國(guó)"之爭(zhēng)的范疇。而隱藏在媒體框架背后的是中菲兩國(guó)在"南海問題"上的"對(duì)話"與"對(duì)抗"兩種截然不同的態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:Since the arbitration tribunal of Hague announced the substantive issue of the "South China Sea arbitration case" issued by the Philippines arbitration tribunal in July 12, 2016, the relevant reports on the case have attracted the attention of the world. In fact, since the Philippines Aquino III government unilaterally submitted arbitration to the Hague arbitration tribunal in 2013, the "South China Sea issue" has been an international public opinion. From the perspective of media diplomacy, this paper analyzes the reports of China Daily and Philippines's main English media, China Daily and Philippines Daily Inquirer, on the South China Sea arbitration case. Through the framework analysis, it is found that the dispute between "bilateral consultation" and "multilateral diplomacy", "disagreement" and "binding" can be included in the final analysis of the "emerging power" and "new power". Behind the media framework, there are two different dialogues between China and Philippines in the "South China Sea issue", namely, "dialogue" and "confrontation".
