【摘要】：正新型大國(guó)關(guān)系是中國(guó)外交理念的創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展,是中國(guó)對(duì)國(guó)際體系轉(zhuǎn)型期如何主動(dòng)積極創(chuàng)造和平穩(wěn)定的國(guó)際環(huán)境、推動(dòng)國(guó)際關(guān)系民主化的思考,也是中國(guó)在加速崛起、國(guó)際壓力陡增的背景下,希望以"平等互信、包容互鑒、合作共贏"的大國(guó)相處之道打破大國(guó)對(duì)抗、沖突的歷史宿命,用良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)勝零和博弈,以
[Abstract]:The new type of great power relations is the innovative development of China's diplomatic concept. It is China's thinking on how to actively create a peaceful and stable international environment and promote the democratization of international relations in the period of the transformation of the international system. It is also a great deal of China in the background of accelerating the rise of international pressure and increasing international pressure. The way to get along with other countries is to break the great power confrontation, the historical destiny of conflicts, and win the zero sum game with benign competition.
