【摘要】：日本安倍內(nèi)閣解禁集體自衛(wèi)權(quán),不僅意味著戰(zhàn)后日本安全保障政策發(fā)生重大轉(zhuǎn)變,也在諸多方面體現(xiàn)了安倍政治的本質(zhì)屬性。具體而言,解禁集體自衛(wèi)權(quán)是安倍修憲路線的階段進展,是安倍政治專斷的具體體現(xiàn),是安倍拓展同盟的現(xiàn)實需求,還是安倍誤導日本的潛在誘因。日本安倍內(nèi)閣解禁集體自衛(wèi)權(quán)給日本乃至亞太地區(qū)造成了更多的緊張和不安,換言之,解禁集體自衛(wèi)權(quán)并不能給日本提供所謂的安全保障。
[Abstract]:The lifting of the right of collective self-defense by Abe's cabinet not only means a major change in Japan's security policy after the war, but also embodies the essential attribute of Abe's politics in many aspects. Specifically, the right to lift the ban on collective self-defence is a stage of progress in Abe's constitutional amendment line, a concrete embodiment of his political arbitrariness, a realistic need for him to expand his alliance, or a potential incentive for him to mislead Japan. Japan's Abe cabinet has caused more tension and unease to Japan and the Asia-Pacific region by lifting the right to collective self-defence. In other words, lifting the ban on collective self-defense does not provide Japan with so-called security guarantees.
