【摘要】：正美國想做的和不想做的二戰(zhàn)后,東北亞地區(qū)的格局與秩序重構(gòu),受制于多重因素的影響,其中影響最大的是冷戰(zhàn)對抗。上世紀(jì)90年代冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束,但分裂的結(jié)構(gòu)沒有根本改變。其中美國的因素起重要的作用。目前東北亞地區(qū)的力量對比正在發(fā)生新的變化,出現(xiàn)了新的推動關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)和地區(qū)秩序變化的因素,地位和利益受到這種新變化威脅的主要是美國。因此,面對變局涌動,美國既有想做點(diǎn)什么的一面,又有不想做的一面。美國要做的是盡力保持它在東北
[Abstract]:After the second World War, the pattern and order reconstruction of Northeast Asia was influenced by many factors, among which the Cold War confrontation was the most important. The end of the cold war in the 1990 s, but the structure of division has not fundamentally changed. The American factor plays an important role. At present, the power balance in Northeast Asia is undergoing new changes, and new factors promoting the change of relationship structure and regional order have emerged. The status and interests are threatened by this new change mainly in the United States. So, in the face of the upheaval, America has both a desire to do something and a side it doesn't want to do. What the United States has to do is try to keep it in the Northeast.
