【摘要】：特朗普當選美國總統(tǒng)、英國脫離歐盟公投成功、意大利憲法公投遭否決、奧朗德放棄競選連任一系列震驚世界的民粹浪潮標志性事件讓2 016年成為影響世界發(fā)展的關鍵年,世界格局即將到來的變化和未來發(fā)展充滿高度不確定性。歐美國家自2 0 0 8年金融危機以來,社會危機持續(xù)深化,這也成為民粹浪潮出現(xiàn)和爆發(fā)的主要動因。盡管存在失業(yè)率降低、經(jīng)濟增長恢復的情況,但是自上世紀七十年代延續(xù)至今收入不平等的持續(xù)擴大,生存狀況遲遲無法改善,由此引發(fā)的不安全感,以及全球化導致的發(fā)達國家傳統(tǒng)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)外移所引發(fā)的工人階級和社會底層的失業(yè),加之社會分享機制失效和政治治理能力弱化,成為今天歐美國家民粹浪潮產(chǎn)生、極右翼做大并選舉上臺的根本原因。由此,也給歐美國家內(nèi)部和國際格局的發(fā)展造成了巨大影響,一個社會分裂的歐洲和美國也讓我們反思歷史是否真的在終結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Donald Trump's election as US president, Britain's successful referendum on Brexit from the European Union, the rejection of Italy's constitutional referendum, and Hollande's abandonment of his re-election campaign have made 2016 a crucial year for world development after a series of iconic events of populist tide that shocked the world. The forthcoming changes in the world pattern and the future development are full of high uncertainty. Since the financial crisis of 2008, the social crisis has continued to deepen in Europe and the United States. This has also been the main driver of the populist wave. Despite the decline in unemployment and the recovery of economic growth, income inequality has continued to widen since the 1970s, and the survival situation has been slow to improve. The resulting sense of insecurity and the unemployment of the working class and the bottom of society caused by the emigration of traditional manufacturing industries in developed countries as a result of globalization, coupled with the failure of social sharing mechanisms and the weakening of political governance, It has become the fundamental cause of the populist wave in Europe and the United States today, and the far-right wing has become larger and elected to power. As a result, it has also had a tremendous impact on the development of the internal and international structure of the European and American countries. A divided Europe and America also allow us to reflect on whether history is really coming to an end.
