【摘要】：隨著菲律賓"南海仲裁案"、越南"國(guó)際仲裁"等南海爭(zhēng)端的逐漸升級(jí),我國(guó)南海維權(quán)壓力面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。歷史性權(quán)利的維護(hù)在南海維權(quán)斗爭(zhēng)中發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。探討臺(tái)灣地區(qū)館藏的"中華民國(guó)"時(shí)期南海檔案的重要作用,并分析館藏檔案的分布和類型,借助"檔案資源整合查詢平臺(tái)"分析南海檔案的搜集與利用,以期從檔案應(yīng)用視角為南海問題的歷史依據(jù)研究提供支持。認(rèn)為搜集、整理和利用好留存于臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的"中華民國(guó)"時(shí)期檔案,對(duì)于應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前越南、菲律賓南海問題"司法化"挑戰(zhàn)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the "South China Sea arbitration case" in the Philippines, Vietnam's "international arbitration" and other South China Sea disputes have gradually escalated. The pressure of safeguarding rights in the South China Sea is facing great challenges. The protection of historical rights plays an increasingly important role in the struggle for safeguarding the rights of the South China Sea. This paper discusses the important role of the South China Sea archives collected in Taiwan during the period of "Republic of China". This paper also analyzes the distribution and type of the archives, analyzes the collection and utilization of the South China Sea archives with the help of the "archival Resources Integration and query platform", in order to provide support for the historical basis research of the South China Sea problems from the perspective of archives application. Sorting out and utilizing the archives of the Republic of China in Taiwan is of great practical significance in dealing with the challenge of "judicature" in Vietnam and the South China Sea of the Philippines.
