【摘要】：當(dāng)前國內(nèi)各高校的安全教育工作已經(jīng)做得比較完善,但高校反恐防恐教育這一領(lǐng)域還基本處于空白狀態(tài),隨著世界范圍內(nèi)的恐怖主義活動日益猖獗,穩(wěn)定校園環(huán)境,維持校園和諧已經(jīng)成為任重而道遠(yuǎn)的任務(wù)。本文參照各方對于恐怖主義和恐怖活動的定義,界定出校園恐怖事件的概念及特征；結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)的高校安全教育、高校危機(jī)管理及高校思想政治教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論基礎(chǔ),并根據(jù)面向高校教師和高校學(xué)生的調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果,分析總結(jié)出目前高校反恐防恐教育工作的基本狀況,包括存在的問題、取得的成績以及需要加強(qiáng)該方面教育工作的迫切性和必要性。最終,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外高校的經(jīng)驗(yàn),借鑒企業(yè)危機(jī)管理的“6F”原則,并參照高校教師和高校學(xué)生在調(diào)查問卷中體現(xiàn)出的意見和建議,得出今后發(fā)展高校反恐防恐教育工作的措施和方法,主要包括提高高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的思想認(rèn)識、達(dá)成高校師生共識、明確高校反恐防恐教育的基本任務(wù)、提前制定并切實(shí)實(shí)施教育計(jì)劃、形成多元化的強(qiáng)有力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)隊(duì)伍以及探索切實(shí)可行的教學(xué)方法。 本文意在通過對高校反恐防恐教育的研究,喚起國內(nèi)各高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及相關(guān)工作人員對于該領(lǐng)域的重視,共同探索具體做法,填補(bǔ)我國高校對于反恐防恐教育的空白,穩(wěn)定校園環(huán)境,構(gòu)建和諧校園,為我國高校學(xué)生的成長和學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)造一個良好的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:At present, the work of safety education in colleges and universities in China has been relatively perfect, but the field of counter-terrorism prevention and terrorism education in colleges and universities is still basically in a blank state. With the increasingly rampant terrorist activities in the world, the campus environment is stabilized. Maintaining campus harmony has become a heavy and long task. According to the definitions of terrorism and terrorist activities, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of campus terrorist events, and combines with the traditional college safety education. Based on the experience and theoretical basis of crisis management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and based on the results of questionnaires for college teachers and college students, this paper analyzes and summarizes the basic situation of anti-terrorism prevention and terrorism education in colleges and universities, including the existing problems. The achievements and the urgency and necessity of strengthening the educational work in this field. Finally, combined with the experience of colleges and universities at home and abroad, we draw lessons from the "6F" principle of enterprise crisis management. With reference to the opinions and suggestions of college teachers and college students in the questionnaire, the measures and methods of developing anti-terrorist education in colleges and universities in the future are obtained, which mainly include improving the ideological understanding of university leaders and reaching a common understanding between teachers and students in colleges and universities. The basic task of anti-terrorism prevention and terrorism education in colleges and universities should be clearly defined, and the educational plan should be formulated and implemented in advance, so as to form a pluralistic and powerful leadership team and to explore practical teaching methods. The purpose of this paper is to arouse the attention of leaders and related staff in colleges and universities to this field through the study of anti-terrorist education in colleges and universities, and to explore concrete ways to fill the blank of anti-terrorist education in colleges and universities in our country. Stabilizing campus environment and constructing harmonious campus will create a good environment for the growth and study of college students in our country.
