【摘要】：韓日關(guān)系是東北亞地區(qū)重要的雙邊關(guān)系之一,兩國又同是美國在東亞地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略盟友,對彼此而言都十分重要。冷戰(zhàn)時期的韓日雙方,受美蘇冷戰(zhàn)格局的影響,受美國操縱,兩國并沒有過多直接接觸。隨著東歐巨變和蘇聯(lián)解體,韓日兩國擺脫了美蘇冷戰(zhàn)對峙格局的影響,進(jìn)入新的發(fā)展階段。由于兩國長期受歷史問題和領(lǐng)土爭端問題的制約,冷戰(zhàn)后的韓日關(guān)系發(fā)展并未一帆風(fēng)順,摩擦與沖突叢生。樸槿惠政府時期,韓國因國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長乏力、美國的施壓以及朝鮮頻繁的核威脅等國內(nèi)外因素,調(diào)整了對日政策。從堅(jiān)持歷史問題立場強(qiáng)硬到將歷史問題與其他問題區(qū)分對待,恢復(fù)韓日兩國在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、軍事等領(lǐng)域的交流與合作,但韓日關(guān)系也并未發(fā)生本質(zhì)的改變。歷史問題始終是影響韓日發(fā)展的一個關(guān)鍵性因素,是制約兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展的最棘手問題,短期內(nèi)仍難以解決。未來,韓日兩國的發(fā)展仍存在很大的不確定因素。日本應(yīng)當(dāng)對歷史問題有充分的認(rèn)知,用誠懇的道歉態(tài)度來取得韓國的信賴,韓國也應(yīng)該繼續(xù)探索韓日相處之道,才能為改善兩國關(guān)系,化解雙方矛盾創(chuàng)造有利的條件。作為東北亞地區(qū)重要的雙邊關(guān)系之一,韓日應(yīng)該為促進(jìn)地區(qū)秩序的和平穩(wěn)定、繁榮發(fā)展作出積極的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Korea-Japan relations are one of the important bilateral relations in Northeast Asia. Both countries are strategic allies of the United States in East Asia and are very important to each other. During the Cold War, both Korea-Japan and Japan were influenced by the Cold War pattern of the United States and Soviet Union and manipulated by the United States. With the great changes in Eastern Europe and the disintegration of the Soviet Union, South Korea and Japan got rid of the influence of the Cold War confrontation pattern between the United States and the Soviet Union and entered a new stage of development. Since the two countries have long been constrained by historical and territorial disputes, The post-Cold War relations between South Korea and Japan have not been smooth, frictions and conflicts have been numerous. During the period of Park Geun-hye 's administration, South Korea was affected by domestic economic growth, pressure from the United States, frequent nuclear threats from North Korea, and other domestic and foreign factors. Has adjusted its policy towards Japan. From insisting on its stand on historical issues to treating historical issues differently from other issues, the ROK and Japan have resumed exchanges and cooperation in political, economic, cultural, military and other fields. However, the relations between South Korea and Japan have not changed in nature. Historical issues have always been a key factor affecting the development of South Korea and Japan, and they are the most difficult problems restricting the development of relations between the two countries, which are still difficult to solve in the short term. In the future, There is still a lot of uncertainty in the development of South Korea and Japan. Japan should have a full understanding of historical issues and use a sincere apology to gain the trust of South Korea, and South Korea should also continue to explore ways to get along with South Korea and Japan. As one of the important bilateral relations in Northeast Asia, South Korea and Japan should make positive contributions to promoting regional order, peace and stability, prosperity and development.
