【摘要】：當前的恐怖主義展示出前所未有的國際化特征,具有較強的國際動員能力。然而,同一類型的恐怖組織的國際動員能力往往存在明顯差異,如"基地"組織和"伊斯蘭國"之間就是如此。從身份建構的角度對此予以分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)不同恐怖組織的組織屬性對其國際動員能力能夠產生明顯影響。在同類恐怖組織中,那些群體實體性程度更高,即具有明確的群體界線、一致的成員標準、嚴格共享的戰(zhàn)略目標和更為獨特群體特征的恐怖組織,往往擁有更大的國際動員能力。相對于"基地","伊斯蘭國"的群體實體性程度更高,故其國際動員能力更強。然而,群體實體性特征只能影響恐怖組織的動員能力,而對恐怖組織的整體發(fā)展能力和存續(xù)前景的影響是不確定的,因為后者受到如外部打擊等其他一系列因素的影響。
[Abstract]:Current terrorism shows unprecedented international characteristics and has a strong capacity for international mobilization. However, the international mobilization capabilities of the same type of terrorist organizations often differ significantly. For example, this is the case between al-Qaida and the Islamic State. An analysis of this from the perspective of identity construction reveals that the organizational attributes of different terrorist organizations can have a significant impact on their ability to mobilize internationally. Those groups are more substantial, that is, terrorist organizations with clear group boundaries, consistent membership criteria, strictly shared strategic objectives and more distinctive group characteristics, It tends to have greater international mobilization capabilities. The Islamic State has a higher degree of group entity than al-Qa 'idah and is therefore more capable of international mobilization. However, group entity characteristics can only affect the mobilization ability of terrorist organizations. The impact on the overall development and survival prospects of terrorist organizations is uncertain, as the latter are affected by a range of other factors, such as external strikes.
