【摘要】：自2008年金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來(lái),國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)安全威脅加大,經(jīng)濟(jì)政治化趨勢(shì)加強(qiáng),各國(guó)維護(hù)傳統(tǒng)安全的力量增強(qiáng),非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅的方式多樣,這種國(guó)際安全結(jié)構(gòu)的變化預(yù)示著國(guó)際合作的外部環(huán)境發(fā)生改變,對(duì)世界各國(guó)已經(jīng)形成的國(guó)際合作局面構(gòu)成沖擊。中俄合作在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會(huì)及文化等領(lǐng)域受到國(guó)際安全環(huán)境變化的影響,合作渠道、內(nèi)容與方式面臨挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí),中俄合作也存在雙方政治關(guān)系穩(wěn)定發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)合作互補(bǔ)和文化交流歷史淵源深厚等優(yōu)勢(shì),面臨進(jìn)一步深化的機(jī)遇。中俄合作在金融合作、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化交流、地區(qū)與城市合作等領(lǐng)域前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, the threat to international economic security has increased, the trend of economic politicization has been strengthened, the strength of countries to maintain traditional security has been strengthened, and the ways of threats to non-traditional security have varied. This change in the structure of international security indicates a change in the external environment for international cooperation, which has impacted the situation of international cooperation that has been formed by all countries in the world. Sino-Russian cooperation is in the economic and political fields. Social and cultural fields are affected by changes in the international security environment, and the channels, contents and methods of cooperation are facing challenges. At the same time, there is also a steady development of political relations between China and Russia. Economic cooperation and cultural exchanges have strong historical roots, and they face opportunities for further deepening. Sino-Russian cooperation has broad prospects in the fields of financial cooperation, information industry, cultural exchanges, and regional and urban cooperation.
