【摘要】：近年來,南海成為周邊國家(日、越南、菲律賓等)、域外國家(美等)和中國發(fā)生國際爭端的源頭所在。面對國際環(huán)境的風(fēng)云變幻國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對南海問題涉及的文化、交通、主權(quán)、環(huán)境等進(jìn)行了多維度的研究和論述。為了更好地梳理國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對南海問題研究的脈絡(luò),文章以內(nèi)容研究為框架,劃分為主權(quán)考證、交通、文化與交流、資料匯編四個維度進(jìn)行梳理。其資料類型包括圖書、論文、匯編、數(shù)據(jù)庫等。同時貫穿機構(gòu)研究、區(qū)域研究、地方文獻(xiàn)研究等,以期對現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行一定的梳理,并為學(xué)者就歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程和國家法考證南海歸屬等未來研究提供有益的資料支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the South China Sea has become the source of international disputes between neighboring countries (Japan, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.), foreign countries (the United States, etc.) and China. In order to better sort out the context of the research on the South China Sea by domestic and foreign scholars, the article is divided into sovereignty textual research, transportation, culture and communication, based on the framework of content research. The data compilation includes four dimensions: books, papers, compilations, databases and so on. At the same time, it runs through institutional research, regional research, local literature research, and so on, in order to sort out the existing literature. It also provides useful data support for the scholars on the historical development process and the national law to verify the ownership of the South China Sea and other future research.
