【摘要】：胡錦濤同志是繼毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民之后黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的核心。在其擔(dān)任中共中央總書記的10余年間（2002—2012年），中國(guó)的對(duì)外文化交流局面進(jìn)一步拓展、深入，并在實(shí)踐中取得了重大成就，開(kāi)創(chuàng)了中國(guó)文化“走向世界”的良好態(tài)勢(shì)。胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想是對(duì)馬克思主義對(duì)外文化交流理論的繼承和發(fā)展，西方“文化軟實(shí)力”理論也對(duì)胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想的形成產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。和平與發(fā)展的時(shí)代環(huán)境和改革開(kāi)放的實(shí)踐為胡錦濤對(duì)外文化思想的形成奠定了現(xiàn)實(shí)的環(huán)境。胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想的內(nèi)容圍繞著增強(qiáng)中國(guó)“文化軟實(shí)力”這一要求而展開(kāi)，既包括全方位、寬領(lǐng)域、多渠道推動(dòng)中華文化走向世界，在世界各國(guó)興建“孔子學(xué)院”，設(shè)立“中國(guó)文化中心”等立足于國(guó)外的措施，也包括積極開(kāi)展對(duì)外文化交流促進(jìn)我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，增強(qiáng)我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想的指導(dǎo)下，新世紀(jì)以來(lái)中國(guó)的對(duì)外文化交流取得了重大成就，中國(guó)文化的國(guó)際影響力和感召力顯著增強(qiáng)，開(kāi)創(chuàng)了中國(guó)對(duì)外文化交流的良好局面。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究、歸納分析等研究方法展開(kāi)對(duì)胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想的研究。全文由五個(gè)部分內(nèi)容構(gòu)成，第一部分為緒論，闡述論文選題的意義、目的，詳述目前學(xué)界針對(duì)此課題的研究現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)，簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明本文的研究方法，，概述本文的主要內(nèi)容。第二部分為基礎(chǔ)理論闡釋，主要概括說(shuō)明“什么是對(duì)外文化交流？”，并闡述當(dāng)今時(shí)代一個(gè)國(guó)家、一個(gè)民族開(kāi)展對(duì)外文化交流的重要意義。其次對(duì)“胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流”的內(nèi)涵做出扼要界定。第三部分系統(tǒng)闡述胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想形成的時(shí)代背景、依據(jù)以及過(guò)程。第四部分詳細(xì)歸納胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想的內(nèi)容，并從理論上總結(jié)其特征。第五部分主要從理論和實(shí)踐的角度總結(jié)胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想的價(jià)值所在，并闡述結(jié)胡錦濤對(duì)外文化交流思想對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前建設(shè)“社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)”所起到的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Comrade Hu Jintao is the core of the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee after Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Deng Xiaoping. In his more than 10 years as General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, he has been in charge of the CPC Central Committee from 2002 to 2012. The situation of China's cultural exchanges with foreign countries has further expanded, deepened, and made significant achievements in practice. Hu Jintao's thought of foreign cultural exchange is the inheritance and development of Marxist theory of foreign cultural exchange. Western "Cultural soft Power" The theory has also had a certain influence on the formation of Hu Jintao's thought of foreign cultural exchange. The contemporary environment of peace and development and the practice of reform and opening up have laid a realistic environment for the formation of Hu Jintao's foreign cultural thought. The contents of cultural exchanges with foreign countries revolve around strengthening China. " The requirement of soft power of culture begins. It includes all aspects, wide fields and channels to promote Chinese culture to the world, the construction of "Confucius Institutes" and the establishment of "Chinese Cultural Center" in various countries in the world, and other measures based on foreign countries. It also includes actively developing cultural exchanges with foreign countries to promote the development of our cultural industry and enhance the competitiveness of our cultural industries under the guidance of Hu Jintao's thoughts on foreign cultural exchanges. Since the new century, great achievements have been made in China's foreign cultural exchanges, and the international influence and inspiration of Chinese culture have been greatly enhanced, thus creating a good situation for China's foreign cultural exchanges. This paper uses literature research, inductive analysis and other research methods to carry out the study of Hu Jintao's thought of foreign cultural exchange. The full text is composed of five parts, the first part is the introduction, explaining the significance and purpose of the thesis. The current situation and trend of academic research on this subject are described in detail, the research methods of this paper are briefly explained, and the main contents of this paper are summarized. The second part is the interpretation of basic theory. What is foreign cultural exchange? "and to describe a nation of our time. The significance of a nation to carry out foreign cultural exchanges. Secondly, to make a brief definition of the connotation of "Hu Jintao's foreign cultural exchanges". The third part systematically expounds the background of the formation of the thought of Hu Jintao's foreign cultural exchanges. The basis and the process. Part 4th summarizes the content of Hu Jintao's foreign cultural exchange thought in detail. And from the theoretical summary of its characteristics. Part 5th mainly from the theoretical and practical point of view to summarize the value of Hu Jintao's thought of foreign cultural exchange. It also expounds the guiding significance of Hu Jintao's thought of foreign cultural exchange to the construction of socialist cultural power.
