【摘要】：老年人協(xié)會(huì)在當(dāng)前的鄉(xiāng)村治理中發(fā)揮著愈加重要的作用。在豫東農(nóng)村地區(qū),老年人協(xié)會(huì)多屬外生性組織,即由外部力量推動(dòng)而形成,也由此帶來(lái)了后續(xù)運(yùn)作的動(dòng)力缺失、權(quán)威繼替困難等發(fā)展困境,形成了組織的"懸浮"狀態(tài)。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)老年人協(xié)會(huì)的日�；D(zhuǎn)型,成為備受關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。老年人協(xié)會(huì)趨于"懸浮"的過(guò)程,也是老年人權(quán)威漸趨消解的過(guò)程。因此,它的轉(zhuǎn)型可以從老人權(quán)威的重塑及權(quán)威常規(guī)化的角度出發(fā),通過(guò)不同的權(quán)威型構(gòu)實(shí)踐,來(lái)探究外生性組織實(shí)現(xiàn)日�；\(yùn)作的實(shí)踐路徑及其可行性。
[Abstract]:The association of the elderly plays a more and more important role in the current rural governance. In the rural areas of eastern Henan, most of the associations for the elderly belong to exogenous organizations, that is, they are promoted by external forces, which also brings about the lack of power in the follow-up operation, the difficulty of authority succession and other development dilemmas, and forms the "suspension" state of the organization. How to realize the daily transformation of the association of the elderly has become a matter of great concern. The association of the elderly tends to be suspended, and it is also the process of dispelling the authority of the elderly. Therefore, its transformation can explore the practical path and feasibility of the daily operation of exogenous organizations from the point of view of the reconstruction of the authority of the elderly and the regularization of the authority, through different authority types of practice.
