【摘要】：什么樣的空間結(jié)構(gòu)更有利于地區(qū)經(jīng)濟效率的提升?其效應(yīng)在不同地理尺度上是否存在差異?本文運用校正后的夜間燈光數(shù)據(jù)度量了地區(qū)經(jīng)濟效率,并對城市內(nèi)部、市域以及省域3個地理尺度上的城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)進行了測度,進而考察了城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)對經(jīng)濟效率的影響及其尺度差異。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在城市內(nèi)部和市域等較小的地理尺度上,單中心的空間結(jié)構(gòu)能夠提高城市經(jīng)濟效率,而在省域這一較大的地理尺度上,多中心的空間結(jié)構(gòu)更能促進本地經(jīng)濟效率的提升。上述發(fā)現(xiàn)對Glaeser等(2015)提出的"中國到底應(yīng)選擇單中心巨型城市,還是多中心城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)占主導(dǎo)的發(fā)展模式"這一問題給予了經(jīng)驗回答。其政策啟示是,在城市層面上,應(yīng)強調(diào)要素的空間集聚,堅持空間緊湊式發(fā)展模式,而在全國或省域?qū)用嫔?則應(yīng)更多地發(fā)展多中心城市網(wǎng)絡(luò),以形成分布合理的城市體系。
[Abstract]:What kind of spatial structure is more conducive to the improvement of regional economic efficiency? Is there any difference in the effect on different geographical scales? In this paper, the corrected night lighting data are used to measure the regional economic efficiency, and the urban spatial structure on the three geographical scales of the city, the city and the province is measured. Then the influence of urban spatial structure on economic efficiency and its scale difference are investigated. It is found that the spatial structure of a single center can improve the economic efficiency of the city on a small geographical scale, such as the interior of the city and the region of the city, while on the larger geographical scale of the province, the spatial structure of the single center can improve the economic efficiency of the city. Multi-center spatial structure can promote the efficiency of local economy. The above findings give an empirical answer to the question put forward by Glaeser et al. (2015): "whether China should choose a single-center mega-city or a multi-center city network-dominated development model". The policy enlightenment is that at the urban level, the spatial agglomeration of elements should be emphasized and the spatial compact development model should be adhered to, while at the national or provincial level, more multi-center urban networks should be developed in order to form a reasonably distributed urban system.
