【摘要】：如果你去問身邊的老年人想在哪度過晚年生活,大部分的人都會說“在家”。隨著我國老齡化程度的增加,傳統(tǒng)的家庭養(yǎng)老已經(jīng)無法完全滿足現(xiàn)代社會老年人的養(yǎng)老需求�，F(xiàn)存的機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老設施環(huán)境的建設不能適應對老年人對養(yǎng)老環(huán)境越來越高的要求,社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務逐漸成為現(xiàn)階段老年人養(yǎng)老的主流選擇。近些年來,我國出臺了一系列的養(yǎng)老服務體系的標準政策,“十三五”養(yǎng)老服務體系文件中更是將社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務方面作為其中的重點發(fā)展項目,計劃建造了一批療養(yǎng)院、老年社區(qū)、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務中心等。然而,以往建設的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務空間很多都忽略了老年人的日常行為習慣和心理變化需求,相關(guān)服務設施不完備,在環(huán)境的營造中缺少對老年人的關(guān)懷。因此,對社區(qū)老年人照料中心的空間環(huán)境設計研究與探索具有重要的意義。本文的研究重點是以城市社區(qū)中選擇居家養(yǎng)老的老年人為服務對象,有針對性的對這類老年人的生理、心理及行為活動特征的研究,對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻資料及規(guī)范標準的查閱,分析老年人在城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老活動中對各類功能空間的心理變化和生理活動需求。同時,對城市社區(qū)內(nèi)的老年人的養(yǎng)老需求進行調(diào)研分析,結(jié)合城市老年人特有的行為活動特征、心理變化、養(yǎng)老服務需求,探索城市中社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務空間環(huán)境的營造與室內(nèi)設計方法,進而改善老年人在社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的晚年生活。
[Abstract]:If you ask people around you where they want to spend their old age, most people say "at home." With the increase of aging degree in China, the traditional family pension can not fully meet the needs of the elderly in modern society. The construction of the existing institutional endowment facilities environment can not adapt to the higher and higher requirements for the elderly to the old-age environment, and the community home pension service has gradually become the mainstream choice for the elderly at this stage. In recent years, China has issued a series of standard policies for the old-age care system. In the "13th Five-Year Plan" pension service system document, the community home old-age care service is one of the key development projects, and a number of nursing homes are planned to be built. Elderly community, community pension service center, etc. However, many of the community pension service spaces have neglected the needs of daily behavior habits and psychological changes of the elderly, the related service facilities are not complete, and lack of care for the elderly in the construction of the environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and explore the spatial environment design of community care centers for the elderly. The research focus of this paper is to select the elderly in the urban community as the service object, to study the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of this kind of elderly, to consult the relevant literature and standard at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the psychological changes and physiological activity needs of the elderly in various functional spaces in urban community pension activities. At the same time, the old-age needs of the elderly in urban communities are investigated and analyzed. This paper explores the construction and interior design method of the space environment of the community pension service in the city, and then improves the old people's life in the old age in the community.
