職業(yè)興趣探查量表(OIPs)簡版的初步修訂
[Abstract]:As one of the influential factors of career choice, vocational interest has received extensive attention. The short version of (OIPs) is a vocational interest test compiled by Armstrong in 2008. This study revised the brief version of career interest scale. After translation and three revisions, a total of 1160 college students from four cities of Nanjing, Changzhou, Yangzhou and Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, were investigated. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Dimension: the formal scale includes 6 dimensions, 8 items for each dimension, 48 items, 5 points for each item, and 9 items are revised. (2) reliability analysis. The internal consistency 偽 coefficient of the six dimensions of the scale ranged from 0.839 to 0.901, the average 偽 coefficient was 0.875, and the internal consistency 偽 coefficient of the total scale was 0.915; After the interval of two weeks, the retest reliability coefficient was between 0.826 and 0.875, and the average retest reliability coefficient was 0.861. (3) validity analysis: the revised scale was published in the Journal of Professional behavior by Armstrong and was also reviewed by domestic psychologists. Structural validity: exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The exploratory factor analysis (KMO) is 0. 916% Bartlett spherical test value is 22791.019 (p0. 000). The average load value of each dimension is 0. 656-0. 758, and the average load value of each dimension is 0. 656-0. 758, taking out six factors to explain the total variation 55.318. The confirmatory factor analysis 蠂 2/df was 1.747 RMS EAA 0.050. Standard validity: simultaneous validity. The scale can distinguish different interest types of majors, and the subjects have higher satisfaction when the type of professional interest is the same as that of their major.
