【摘要】：本研究將社區(qū)依戀感分為基于紐帶的個(gè)人依戀、基于身份的群組依戀和社區(qū)依戀，分析了基于紐帶的個(gè)人依戀和基于身份的群組依戀的影響因素及行為結(jié)果，構(gòu)建虛擬社區(qū)依戀效果及其前因的概念模型。本文在已有量表的基礎(chǔ)上，，設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷，并對(duì)社區(qū)成員進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，共發(fā)放問(wèn)卷365份，回收有效問(wèn)卷263份。紙質(zhì)問(wèn)卷發(fā)放270份，回收193份；電子問(wèn)卷發(fā)放95份，回收72份。最后，利用PLS軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析，結(jié)果表明感知的鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)互動(dòng)、分享個(gè)人信息的意愿和感知的相似性是影響基于紐帶的個(gè)人依戀的重要因素；群組內(nèi)相互依存和群組歸屬是影響基于身份的群組依戀的重要因素；個(gè)人依戀與群組依戀可以相互轉(zhuǎn)化，二者對(duì)社區(qū)依戀都有非常顯著的影響；群組依戀對(duì)穩(wěn)定性有正向促進(jìn)作用，社區(qū)依戀對(duì)參與水平有非常顯著地正向促進(jìn)作用；群組依戀對(duì)不穩(wěn)定性、群組一致性對(duì)群組依戀都沒(méi)有預(yù)測(cè)作用。根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果，探討各影響因素對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)發(fā)展的影響，對(duì)網(wǎng)站經(jīng)營(yíng)者和網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)管理者提出了管理啟示。
[Abstract]:This study divided community attachment into personal attachment based on tie, group attachment based on identity and community attachment, and analyzed the influencing factors and behavioral results of personal attachment based on tie and group attachment based on identity. The conceptual model of attachment effect and its antecedents in virtual community is constructed. Based on the existing scale, the questionnaire was designed, and the community members were investigated. 365 questionnaires were distributed and 263 valid questionnaires were collected. 270 copies of paper questionnaires were distributed and 193 copies were recovered; 95 copies of electronic questionnaires were distributed and 72 copies were recovered. Finally, using PLS software to analyze the data, the results show that the perceived encouragement of social interaction, the willingness to share personal information and the similarity of perception are the important factors that affect personal attachment based on bonds. Intra-group interdependence and group ownership are important factors affecting identity-based group attachment, and personal attachment and group attachment can transform each other, both of which have significant effects on community attachment. Group attachment has positive effect on stability, community attachment has very significant positive effect on participation level, group attachment on instability, group consistency on group attachment has no predictive effect on group attachment. According to the results of empirical analysis, this paper discusses the influence of various factors on the development of network community, and puts forward the management enlightenment for website operators and network community managers.
