【摘要】：本文是對“東南亞婦女問題及東盟的應(yīng)對”的一項初步的分析,嘗試探究東南亞婦女所面臨的問題、東盟對東南亞婦女問題的應(yīng)對措施、成果及存在的問題。本文認為,東南亞婦女面臨著如下問題：一方面,東南亞婦女由于東南亞歷史及社會原因,面臨著教育和就業(yè)上性別歧視以及家庭暴力等方面的問題。另一方面,隨著全球化的深入和信息時代的到來,東南亞婦女還面臨著在新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域被邊緣化以及在跨國流動時拐賣和賣淫等問題。正是因為在這樣的大背景下,東南亞婦女問題會從一國內(nèi)部的社會問題逐漸演變?yōu)橹萍s人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一個全球性的關(guān)鍵性問題,這也是婦女問題的時代發(fā)展內(nèi)涵。 面對東南亞婦女面臨的上述問題,東盟也在不斷地調(diào)整和改進策略；東盟唯一的婦女合作組織—東盟婦女委員會也做出了相應(yīng)的策略來解決相關(guān)婦女問題并且成效明顯,東南亞婦女的現(xiàn)狀在教育、就業(yè)、家庭暴力、新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域、跨國拐賣和賣淫及艾滋病等方面的問題都有了明顯的改觀。
[Abstract]:This paper is a preliminary analysis of the "Women's problem in Southeast Asia and the response of ASEAN", and attempts to explore the problems faced by women in Southeast Asia, the measures, achievements and existing problems of ASEAN in response to the problems of women in Southeast Asia. This paper argues that Southeast Asian women face the following problems: on the one hand, Southeast Asian women face gender discrimination and domestic violence in education and employment because of historical and social reasons in Southeast Asia. On the other hand, with the deepening of globalization and the advent of the information age, women in Southeast Asia are also facing the problems of marginalization in the field of new technologies and trafficking and prostitution in the context of transnational mobility. It is precisely because of this background that the issue of women in Southeast Asia will gradually evolve from a social problem within a country to a key global problem that restricts the sustainable development of mankind, which is also the connotation of the development of women's problems in the era. In the face of the above problems faced by women in Southeast Asia, ASEAN is constantly adjusting and improving its strategy; The ASEAN Women's Commission, the only women's cooperation organization in ASEAN, has also worked out strategies to solve the problems of women concerned and has made remarkable achievements. The current situation of women in Southeast Asia is in the fields of education, employment, domestic violence, new technologies. Transnational trafficking and prostitution and AIDS and other aspects of the problem have changed significantly.
