【摘要】：低齡老人是一個(gè)龐大的社會(huì)群體,其職后生活千姿百態(tài)。從國(guó)家人力資源和職后低齡老人自身?xiàng)l件和需要出發(fā),建構(gòu)適切的社會(huì)支持體系,既是實(shí)踐的需要,也有理論的價(jià)值。論綱從已有研究出發(fā),思考研究方法,建設(shè)理論體系,喚起研究熱情。
[Abstract]:Young people are a huge social group, and their life after service is varied. It is not only the need of practice but also the value of theory to construct an appropriate social support system from the point of view of national human resources and the conditions and needs of the young old people. The outline starts from the existing research, thinks the research method, constructs the theory system, arouses the research enthusiasm.
