【摘要】：由于人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)科屬性的不同、出版品型態(tài)和內(nèi)容的差異及學(xué)者自我期許的差異,人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)者學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)鑒及評(píng)鑒指標(biāo)的特性當(dāng)有不同的方式。人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)者的研究產(chǎn)出具有出版種類多元、圖書與期刊均是重要的出版品、圖書引用比率高、研究議題具本土性及引用較舊的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)等特性,因此進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)鑒時(shí)不能僅就西文期刊文章數(shù)及其被引用次數(shù)進(jìn)行評(píng)鑒,應(yīng)采用結(jié)合書目計(jì)量與同行評(píng)鑒的多元指標(biāo),同時(shí)考慮較長時(shí)間的出版品數(shù)量和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Due to the different attributes of humanities and social sciences, the differences of the types and contents of publications and the differences of scholars' self-expectations, the characteristics of academic evaluation and evaluation indexes of humanities and social sciences scholars should have different ways. The research output of the scholars of humanities and social sciences has many kinds of publication, books and periodicals are important publications, the ratio of book citation is high, the research topic has the characteristics of native and quoting old literature data, etc. Therefore, when making academic evaluation, we should not only evaluate the number of articles in western language periodicals and their number of citations, but also take into account the quantity and quality of published articles for a long time by combining bibliographic measurement with peer evaluation.
