【摘要】：農(nóng)民工市民化是城鎮(zhèn)化的核心問(wèn)題,農(nóng)民工思想意識(shí)融入城市是農(nóng)民工市民化的重要標(biāo)志之一.該文以農(nóng)民工階層認(rèn)同為視角,運(yùn)用階層認(rèn)同理論,研究了農(nóng)民工階層認(rèn)同的現(xiàn)狀及主要影響因素,提出了人力資本、職位價(jià)值、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、生活感知、父輩社會(huì)地位和家庭背景6個(gè)主要因素及對(duì)應(yīng)的16個(gè)子因素,通過(guò)對(duì)2013年度中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查資料(CGSS 2013)的數(shù)據(jù)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)人力資本、職位價(jià)值、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、生活感知和家庭背景對(duì)農(nóng)民工階層認(rèn)同具有顯著正向影響,但父輩社會(huì)地位與農(nóng)民工階層的相關(guān)關(guān)系不顯著.其中家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、社會(huì)態(tài)度、政治意識(shí)、收入水平和工齡是重要的影響因素,農(nóng)民工的個(gè)體人口統(tǒng)計(jì)特征也會(huì)影響其階層認(rèn)同.
[Abstract]:The urbanization of migrant workers is the core problem of urbanization, and the integration of the ideology of migrant workers into the city is one of the important symbols of the urbanization of migrant workers. From the perspective of migrant workers' stratum identity, this paper studies the status quo of migrant workers' stratum identity and its main influencing factors, and puts forward human capital, position value, economic strength and life perception. Six main factors of paternal social status and family background and the corresponding 16 sub-factors were analyzed through the data analysis of China Comprehensive Social Survey data (CGSS 2013) in 2013. The results showed that human capital, position value, economic strength, and so on. Life perception and family background have a significant positive impact on the class identity of migrant workers, but the relationship between their parents' social status and migrant workers' stratum is not significant. Among them, family economic strength, social attitude, political consciousness, income level and length of service are important influencing factors, and the individual demographic characteristics of migrant workers will also affect their class identity.
