【摘要】：因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情生成發(fā)展的內(nèi)在機(jī)理、傳播規(guī)律均不同于社會(huì)輿情,因而當(dāng)前存在的粗放式規(guī)制、運(yùn)動(dòng)式規(guī)制、馬后炮式規(guī)制等均不能承擔(dān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的倫理建構(gòu)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情倫理建構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵步驟是:(一)用"本質(zhì)先于存在"的原則代替"存在先于本質(zhì)"的原則;(二)以技術(shù)實(shí)在論的倫理觀作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的倫理支撐;(三)采取補(bǔ)償性為主,替代性為輔的責(zé)任追究方式。
[Abstract]:Because the internal mechanism of the formation and development of network public opinion is different from that of social public opinion, the existing extensive regulation, motion regulation and hindsight regulation can not undertake the ethical construction of network public opinion. The key steps to construct the ethics of network public opinion are as follows: (1) replacing the principle of "existence before essence" with the principle of "essence before being"; (2) taking the ethical view of technical realism as the ethical support of network public opinion; (3) adopting compensatory principle. The alternative is supplementary to the way of accountability.
