【摘要】：文化大發(fā)展大繁榮,人才是支撐和關(guān)鍵。以規(guī)章制度建設(shè)為主要內(nèi)容的制度文化建設(shè),對(duì)于激勵(lì)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)人才的成長(zhǎng)具有重要的意義。目前,支撐我國(guó)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)人才成長(zhǎng)的制度建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題突出表現(xiàn)在學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范建設(shè)、科研管理觀念、人才激勵(lì)體制和學(xué)科研究理念等方面。完善我國(guó)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)人才成長(zhǎng)的制度環(huán)境,可以從構(gòu)建科學(xué)的人才管理體制、加強(qiáng)學(xué)科規(guī)范性建設(shè)、重視應(yīng)用性人文社會(huì)科學(xué)人才的開(kāi)發(fā)和建立有效的人才激勵(lì)機(jī)制等方面來(lái)促進(jìn)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)人才成長(zhǎng)的制度文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Cultural development and prosperity, talent is the support and key. The construction of system culture, which takes the construction of rules and regulations as the main content, is of great significance for encouraging the growth of talents of humanities and social sciences. At present, the problems existing in the system construction of supporting the growth of talents of humanities and social sciences in our country are manifested in the construction of academic norms, the concept of scientific research management, the system of encouraging talents and the concept of subject research, etc. In order to perfect the institutional environment for the growth of talents in humanities and social sciences in China, we can build a scientific talent management system and strengthen the discipline normative construction. Emphasis should be placed on the development of applied human and social science talents and the establishment of an effective talent incentive mechanism to promote the institutional and cultural construction of the growth of humanities and social science talents.
