【摘要】：人口老齡化是世界人口發(fā)展的普遍趨勢,是科學與經(jīng)濟不斷發(fā)展進步的標志。提高老年人生活質(zhì)量是落實科學發(fā)展觀、建設和諧社會、促進社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展和全面進步的表現(xiàn)和必然要求,當前著力提高老年人生活質(zhì)量顯得非常迫切。本文試圖在借鑒前人理論研究的基礎上,結合對青州市老年人生活質(zhì)量抽樣調(diào)查的分析研究,來探討老年人的需求、經(jīng)濟狀況、健康狀況、精神文化生活等幾個方面與老年人生活質(zhì)量的關系,為今后制定老齡政策和老干部政策、提高老年人生活質(zhì)量提供參考依據(jù)。 本文共分五部分。 第一章,導論,簡要介紹選題的背景,老年人生活質(zhì)量研究的理論和現(xiàn)實意義,國際和國內(nèi)老年人生活質(zhì)量研究的產(chǎn)生過程與發(fā)展、主要觀點,需求理論和老年人生活質(zhì)量模型構建,采取實證研究的方法,以青州市為個案進行抽樣調(diào)查,采取的技術路線。 第二章,青州老年人生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查情況。介紹青州市老年人生活的社會人文背景,介紹對青州老年人生活質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀進行實證調(diào)查情況的內(nèi)容構成、精神文化生活現(xiàn)狀。 第三章,對老年人自我評價的生活滿意度和幸福感進行研究。總結出青州市老年人生活質(zhì)量的總體評價,指出影響老年人生活質(zhì)量的因素。 第四章,分析影響老年人的生活質(zhì)量的主要因素,通過對青州市抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分析老年人的需求變化、經(jīng)濟狀況、健康狀況、精神文化生活與生活質(zhì)量的關系。本文認為,經(jīng)濟狀況是老年人生活質(zhì)量中最基礎的問題,健康狀況是老年人生活質(zhì)量中核心的問題,精神文化生活是生活質(zhì)量高的重要標志,其中,老有所為、老有所學是更高層次的老年人精神文化生活。老年人生活質(zhì)量物質(zhì)需求和精神需求是人類社會的兩大需求,表現(xiàn)在個體身上,就是生存需求和發(fā)展需求,而人類的需求是多層次的、動態(tài)發(fā)展的,在其他外界環(huán)境各種變量相同的情況下,有組織的文化娛樂活動,對于滿足老年人的文化娛樂需求,提高老年人生活質(zhì)量能夠起到積極的推動作用。 第五章,提高青州老年人生活質(zhì)量的對策。從改善經(jīng)濟狀況、健康狀況、營造良好的社會養(yǎng)老環(huán)境方面落實措施,改善影響生活質(zhì)量的客觀條件。從提升精神文化生活質(zhì)量方面,改善影響老年人生活質(zhì)量的主觀條件。更新養(yǎng)老觀念,倡導文化養(yǎng)老。建立“文化養(yǎng)老”機制,發(fā)揮老干部在文化養(yǎng)老中的帶動作用；構筑終身學習、全民學習的學習型社會,老年人要不斷適應發(fā)展變化的世界、提高群體素質(zhì)就必須把學習從單純的求知變?yōu)橐环N生活方式,提高和豐富自己,做到與時俱進。
[Abstract]:Population aging is the universal trend of world population development and the symbol of continuous development and progress of science and economy. Improving the quality of life of the elderly is the expression and inevitable requirement of carrying out the scientific development view, building a harmonious society and promoting the sustainable development and overall progress of the society. At present, it is very urgent to focus on improving the quality of life of the elderly. This paper tries to study the needs, economic status, health status of the elderly on the basis of the previous theoretical research, combined with the analysis and research on the quality of life sample investigation of the elderly in Qingzhou. The relationship between the spiritual and cultural life and the quality of life of the elderly provides a reference for the future formulation of the policy on aging and the policy of the elderly cadres and the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter, introduction, briefly introduces the background of the topic, the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the quality of life of the elderly, the process and development of the research on the quality of life of the elderly at home and abroad, and the main points of view. The demand theory and the quality of life model for the elderly are constructed. The empirical research method is adopted, and the sampling survey is carried out in Qingzhou City, and the technical route is adopted. The second chapter, Qingzhou elderly quality of life survey. This paper introduces the social and humanistic background of the life of the elderly in Qingzhou, and introduces the content composition and the present situation of spiritual and cultural life of the living quality of the elderly in Qingzhou. The third chapter studies the life satisfaction and well-being of the elderly self-evaluation. This paper summarizes the overall evaluation of the quality of life of the elderly in Qingzhou City, and points out the factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly. The fourth chapter analyzes the main factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly, through sampling survey data of Qingzhou City, analyzes the changes in the needs of the elderly, economic status, health status, the relationship between spiritual and cultural life and quality of life. This paper holds that economic status is the most basic problem in the quality of life of the elderly, health is the core problem in the quality of life of the elderly, and spiritual and cultural life is an important symbol of high quality of life. Learning to be old is a higher level of spiritual and cultural life for the elderly. The material and spiritual needs of the elderly people's quality of life are the two major needs of human society, which are manifested in the individual, namely, the needs of survival and development, while the needs of human beings are multi-level and dynamic. With the same variables of other external environments, organized cultural and recreational activities can play a positive role in meeting the cultural and recreational needs of the elderly and improving the quality of life of the elderly. The fifth chapter, the countermeasures to improve the quality of life of the elderly in Qingzhou. Measures should be taken to improve the economic situation, health status and social environment for the aged, and to improve the objective conditions affecting the quality of life. From the aspect of improving the quality of spiritual and cultural life, the subjective conditions affecting the quality of life of the elderly are improved. We should renew the concept of the aged and advocate the cultural support for the aged. To set up a "cultural old-age support" mechanism, to give play to the leading role of veteran cadres in cultural old-age care, and to build a learning society of lifelong learning and learning for all, the elderly should constantly adapt to the world of development and change. To improve the quality of the group, we must change learning from simple knowledge to a way of life, improve and enrich ourselves, and keep pace with the times.
