【摘要】：國內(nèi)外核心素養(yǎng)研究與實(shí)踐本質(zhì)上是一場適應(yīng)時(shí)代要求的以發(fā)現(xiàn)人、發(fā)展人、成全人為基本內(nèi)容的教育革命,但歐美國家更強(qiáng)調(diào)"自我價(jià)值期待",我國更重視"社會價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)"。核心素養(yǎng)研究與實(shí)踐要以時(shí)代發(fā)展為背景,以人性回歸為核心,堅(jiān)持提升"人"的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)、人文素養(yǎng)、技能素養(yǎng)等價(jià)值維度,以促進(jìn)"人"的終身發(fā)展為根本任務(wù)。由于核心素養(yǎng)的運(yùn)行應(yīng)度遵循"系統(tǒng)中的人"原理,因而核心素養(yǎng)的培育不僅僅是教育之事、學(xué)校之事,也是家庭之事、社會之事,更是個(gè)人之事。
[Abstract]:In essence, the research and practice of core literacy at home and abroad is an educational revolution which meets the requirements of the times, with discovering, developing and accomplishing people as the basic content. However, European and American countries emphasize "self-value expectation", and our country pays more attention to "social value realization". The research and practice of core literacy should take the development of the times as the background, the return of human nature as the core, insist on promoting the value dimensions of "human" scientific literacy, humanistic accomplishment and skill accomplishment, and take promoting the lifelong development of "human" as the fundamental task. Since the operation of core literacy should follow the principle of "people in the system", the cultivation of core literacy is not only a matter of education, but also a matter of school, a matter of family, a matter of society, and a matter of individuals.
