【摘要】：目前民意調(diào)查主要采用抽樣調(diào)查方法,會產(chǎn)生抽樣誤差和非抽樣誤差。從多次民意調(diào)查實踐來看,非抽樣誤差對調(diào)查結果的影響可能超過抽樣誤差,成為制約調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)準確性的主要因素。筆者認為應在民意調(diào)查各環(huán)節(jié)實施有效的預防和控制,減少非抽樣誤差的影響,防止調(diào)查結果偏差過大。本文討論了民意調(diào)查中各環(huán)節(jié)對非抽樣誤差的控制方法。
[Abstract]:At present, sampling survey method is mainly used in public opinion survey, which will produce sampling error and non-sampling error. From the practice of many public opinion surveys, the influence of non-sampling error on the survey results may exceed the sampling error, which is the main factor restricting the accuracy of the survey data. The author thinks that effective prevention and control should be carried out in every link of public opinion survey to reduce the influence of non-sampling error and to prevent the deviation of survey result from being too large. In this paper, the control method of non-sampling error in public opinion survey is discussed.
