【摘要】：在人口老齡化、老齡人口女性化、城市女性老年人口比重不斷增加的背景下，城市女性老年人已成為不可忽視的群體，城市退休女性在繼續(xù)社會(huì)化的過(guò)程中，從井然有序的工作生活，到無(wú)章可循的家居生活,在這一轉(zhuǎn)變中，城市退休女性在生理、心理和社會(huì)參與等方面，，難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)不適應(yīng)的問(wèn)題。女性退休后還有幾十年的光陰，應(yīng)該開(kāi)始自己新的生活。筆者通過(guò)參照國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，借助社會(huì)化理論、系統(tǒng)理論和小組動(dòng)力學(xué)對(duì)城市退休女性社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)對(duì)多名城市退休女性的接觸和訪(fǎng)談，了解她們社會(huì)適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)她們面臨的困境和迫切的需求。 在做足準(zhǔn)備工作的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行小組組員的招募、對(duì)組員的需求進(jìn)行評(píng)估、制定小組工作的目標(biāo)和小組活動(dòng)方案，然后堅(jiān)持小組工作的原則和運(yùn)用小組工作的專(zhuān)業(yè)方法，開(kāi)展小組工作，協(xié)助小組成員提升角色認(rèn)知和強(qiáng)化社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力，能快樂(lè)并有價(jià)值地度過(guò)晚年生活。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the population, the feminization of the aged population and the increasing proportion of the urban female elderly population, the urban female elderly people have become a group that can not be ignored. In the process of continuing to socialize, the urban retired women are in the process of continuing to socialize. From working and living in an orderly way to living at home without rules and regulations, it is inevitable that retired urban women will not adapt to the problems of physical, psychological and social participation in this transformation. Women still have decades to go after retirement and should start a new life of their own. By referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad, the author analyzes the social adaptation of urban retired women with the help of socialization theory, systematic theory and group dynamics. Through the contact and interview with many retired women in the city, we can find out the current situation of their social adaptation, and find out that they are facing difficulties and urgent needs. (a) on the basis of adequate preparations, conduct team recruitment, assess the needs of team members, develop objectives and programmes of activities for the work of the group, and then adhere to the principles of the work of the group and apply the professional approach of the work of the group, Work in groups to help team members improve their role awareness and social adaptability, and live happily and meaningfully in their later years.
