【摘要】：相對(duì)于個(gè)體理性,本研究給出社區(qū)共同體理性的核心特征,即指向共同體的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和社區(qū)成員普惠性福利提升,及儲(chǔ)備相應(yīng)的社會(huì)資源、自然資源或經(jīng)濟(jì)資源,也可以將這一原則概括為增進(jìn)而非削弱共同的善(the common good)。共同體理性考量在個(gè)體理性經(jīng)濟(jì)導(dǎo)向中共同體層面被忽視的或隱藏的成本,并考量決策對(duì)共同體內(nèi)部部分個(gè)體福利、精神狀態(tài)的影響。而內(nèi)嵌于村社共同體理性的小額信貸業(yè)務(wù),將信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控納入到基于社區(qū)共同體理性構(gòu)建過(guò)程的信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)、正向公共輿論監(jiān)督和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)連帶關(guān)系中。這樣的共同體理性的形成,有賴于先期農(nóng)戶的組織化工作,這樣的農(nóng)戶再組織化工作以社區(qū)的綜合發(fā)展為指向,并試圖將社區(qū)范圍可持續(xù)收益、農(nóng)戶致富與生態(tài)可持續(xù)性相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Compared with individual rationality, this study gives the core features of community rationality, that is, the sustainable development of the community and the promotion of the inclusive welfare of community members, and the reserve of corresponding social, natural or economic resources.This principle can also be summed up as promoting the common good rather than weakening it.Community rationality takes into account the neglected or hidden costs in the economic orientation of individual rationality and the influence of decision-making on the welfare and mental state of some individuals within the community.However, the micro-credit business embedded in the community rationality of the village community brings credit risk prevention and control into the trust network based on the rational construction process of the community community, which leads to the relationship between public opinion supervision and economic activities.The formation of this kind of community rationality depends on the organizational work of the farmers in advance. The reorganized work of this kind of farmers takes the comprehensive development of the community as the direction, and attempts to make the sustainable income of the community scope.Farmers become rich and ecological sustainability is combined.
