【摘要】：隨著政府購買服務(wù)決策的科學(xué)化,越來越多的決策需要基于證據(jù),然而當(dāng)前從業(yè)人員并不經(jīng)常使用最佳依據(jù)指導(dǎo)決策和實(shí)踐,這種情況也越來越受到重視,迫切需要加強(qiáng)證據(jù)為本的社會工作理念。社會工作教育者和研究者需要掌握更加專業(yè)的證據(jù)生產(chǎn)方法——系統(tǒng)評價(jià),從而為證據(jù)為本的社會工作提供當(dāng)前最佳的決策證據(jù)。本文將從問題的提出、檢索和篩選文獻(xiàn)、質(zhì)量評價(jià)、數(shù)據(jù)分析合成、研究結(jié)果討論等部分介紹系統(tǒng)評價(jià)的撰寫方法,期待被國內(nèi)更多的社會工作研究者和教育者應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the scientific decision-making of government purchasing services, more and more decisions need to be based on evidence. However, nowadays, practitioners do not often use the best basis to guide decision-making and practice, and this situation has been paid more and more attention.There is an urgent need to strengthen the evidence-based concept of social work.Social work educators and researchers need to master a more professional method of evidence production-systematic evaluation, so as to provide the best decision evidence for evidence-based social work.This paper will introduce the writing methods of systematic evaluation from the aspects of problem raising, retrieval and screening of literature, quality evaluation, data analysis and synthesis, discussion of research results, etc. It is expected to be applied by more researchers and educators of social work in China.
