【摘要】：“知識城市”的建設是我國城市發(fā)展的新階段,它以知識為核心來進行城市規(guī)劃,不斷促進知識的傳播和創(chuàng)新,從而提高城市的核心競爭力�！爸R城市”的出現(xiàn)為我國城市未來的發(fā)展道路指明了方向。知識社會組織是伴隨著“知識城市”的產生而逐漸形成的,知識社會組織作為“知識城市”的基本組成要素,為城市的快速發(fā)展提供了強大的動力和智力支持,而“知識城市”為知識社會組織提供了各種資源和巨大的發(fā)展空間。知識社會組織致力于提高知識利用率、促進知識的創(chuàng)新、加速知識成果轉化、拓展知識傳播渠道等領域,其主要目的通過合理利用知識來促進整個社會的發(fā)展。因此,我們將知識社會組織定義為,一定社會知識結構內的人們?yōu)榱藢崿F(xiàn)特定的目標,以知識的學習和創(chuàng)新為核心,有意識的聯(lián)合起來并進行專門化的工作的有機統(tǒng)一組織。知識社會組織既是進行知識創(chuàng)新的場所,也是人們進行知識管理的平臺。知識社會組織只有不斷的生產創(chuàng)造新的知識并且合理運用知識才能永葆組織的生機和活力。 近年以來,我國城市發(fā)展面臨著巨大的困難和障礙,城市社會出現(xiàn)了大量的社會問題和道德問題,城市社會組織和城市居民的“越軌”和“失范”行為愈演愈烈,城市發(fā)展中的道德秩序“缺位”現(xiàn)象越來越嚴重,它們極大的影響了我國和諧社會的建立和城市的健康發(fā)展。通過對這類問題的調查分析,總是能在它們的背后發(fā)現(xiàn)城市社會道德秩序的缺失和城市居民知識水平低下的身影。在一定程度上,我們可以認為道德秩序的缺失和知識水平低下是制約我國城市社會進一步發(fā)展的根本原因�；诖�,通過城市社會道德秩序構建知識社會組織,從而解決城市社會道德問題和社會問題迫在眉睫。 本文通過對城市社會道德秩序與知識社會組織的構建研究,試圖通過道德秩序重塑我國社會組織的價值觀和意義,為解決我國城市中出現(xiàn)的社會問題和道德問題提出一系列的對策和建議,從而為我國城市化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、和諧社會的建立以及“知識城市”的發(fā)展提供堅實穩(wěn)固的內、外部環(huán)境。本文從城市社會道德秩序和知識社會組織的基本理論入手,首先對城市社會道德秩序的基本概念、特點、功能以及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,對知識社會組織的基本概念、特征、功能以及類型進行了闡述。其次,在明確城市社會道德秩序和知識社會組織基本理論的基礎上,對城市道德秩序和知識社會組織的相互作用以及其對“知識城市”發(fā)展的意義作了一定程度的分析。再次,本論文采用SWOT分析方法對知識社會組織外部環(huán)境的機會和威脅以及內部環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢和劣勢作了現(xiàn)狀分析,通過分析,明確了構建知識社會組織的可行性和必要性,并且對知識社會組織構建的困難有了更清醒的認識,提出了一些有益的對策。最后,本文以城市社會道德秩序為核心,從組織制度、組織文化、組織目標、組織員工、組織性質五個方面對知識社會組織進行構建,以期提高知識社會組織的道德秩序意識,從而保證城市社會的正常運行和“知識城市”的健康發(fā)展,為保證知識社會組織構建道路的正確性和準確性,本文對知識社會組織的評價體系作了一定的探索性研究,提出了一系列的評價指標。
[Abstract]:The construction of knowledge city is a new stage of development of our country city, it takes the knowledge as the core of city planning, and constantly promote the dissemination of knowledge and innovation, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the city. The emergence of knowledge city and pointed out the direction for the future development path of China's city. Knowledge is accompanied by social organization the production of knowledge city gradually, the knowledge social organization as the basic elements of knowledge city ", provides a powerful impetus and intellectual support for the rapid development of the city, provides a variety of resources and huge development space and" knowledge city "as the knowledge society. Knowledge social organization is committed to improving the utilization of knowledge, promote knowledge innovation, accelerate the transformation of the knowledge achievements, expand the communication channels of knowledge and other fields, its main purpose through the rational use of knowledge to promote the development of the whole society. Therefore, we will organize the knowledge society is defined as a social knowledge structure within the people in order to achieve specific goals, to learn the knowledge and innovation as the core, the organic unity of organization consciously unite and carry out specialized work. The knowledge social organization is not only in knowledge innovation places, people also carry out knowledge management the platform of knowledge social organization can only continue to create new knowledge and use knowledge reasonably in order to maintain the vigor and vitality.
In recent years, our country city development is facing enormous difficulties and obstacles, city society there are a lot of social and moral problems, city social organization and city residents "deviant" and "anomie" behavior intensified, more and city in the development of the moral order "vacancy" phenomenon is more serious, which has a great impact on the healthy development of city and the establishment of a harmonious society in China. Through the investigation of this kind of problem analysis, can always find the city social moral order and the lack of low level knowledge in city residents behind them. To a certain extent, we can think of the lack of the moral order and the low level of knowledge is the fundamental reason for restricting the further development of our city. Based on this, the city social moral order construction of knowledge social organization, so as to solve the city social morality and social problems forced In the corner.
In this paper, through the research on the construction of city social moral order and social organization knowledge, moral order tries to reshape our social organization's value and significance, and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to solve our country city in the social and moral problems, and for the sustainable development of city in our country, the harmonious society the establishment and the development of knowledge city provide solid internal, external environment. From the basic theory of city social moral order and knowledge of the social organization, the characteristics of city social moral order basic concept, analyzed the function and the development of the status quo, the basic concept of knowledge social organization, characteristics, function and the type are discussed. Secondly, based on the basic theory of clear city social moral order and knowledge of social organization, city of moral order and knowledge society The interaction of organization and its significance of "knowledge city" development of the analysis to a certain extent. Thirdly, this paper used SWOT method to analyze external environment of knowledge social organization of opportunities and threats and internal advantages and disadvantages of the current situation analysis, through analysis, clarifies the feasibility and necessity of knowledge social organization, and have a more clear understanding of knowledge social organization construction difficulties, puts forward some countermeasures. Finally, this paper takes the city social moral order as the core, from the organizational system, organizational culture, organizational goals, organizational staff, construction of knowledge social organization five aspects of the nature of the organization, in order to improve the organization of knowledge ethics consciousness, so as to ensure the healthy development of the normal operation of city society and "knowledge city", in order to ensure the correctness of the knowledge society construction road And accuracy, this article made a certain exploratory research on the evaluation system of the knowledge society organization, and put forward a series of evaluation indexes.
